Just don't. An employee was extremely rude towards my mother and I. I had to return to this location and get my order remade. The manager was very calm and understanding, as if she felt sick with the situation she was put in and made the effort to fix it. Truly, when i called and complained about my order being wrong, the employee put the phone down and stated in less and more appropriate words that I was being rude about the bad experience and left it off the hook on a table. Once again, inappropriate language was used to describe myself and my attitude. I had no attitude. I simply told him what was ordered and asked for the situation to be corrected. I waited almost 7 minutes while i heard someone on their phone sending texts and the restaurant noise in the background. I waited until they hung up the phone to leave my house and come back and correct the situation. I made him apologize for being rude to my mother and I as well. I have been going to this Wendy's since it opened as i live next to this location. It seems that the general attitude the employee had was to not care and couldn't get the order right. It didn't even have any modifications or require extra thought. He spoke to me in perfect English. There was no language barrier. When I made him apologize, i also made him state what he was sorry for. I wanted this so so I could look him in the eye and let him understand that I refuse to be spoken to i that manner. That's trashy and ill never think of Wendy's again as highly as I did at one time. At no point did I get offered a refund. I guess treating a 70 year old woman like trash, taking her money, getting her simple fast food order wrong, then bad mouthing her son who in turn invested his time in helping his mother is just fine. Read moreI was traveling through here, and this was the worst experience I have ever had anywhere in my entire life. First off, they pulled me forward me forward to wait for my food, which I don’t mind at all doing, but then 15 minutes go by and a very disrespectful kid just walked up to my window and said “what’s you’re order” very rudely. Then I proceeded to tell him my order (chicken sandwich, small fry, 6 piece nugget) and he looks at me, and says “nah” and turns to the car next to me and proceeds to hand them the bags of food. Then he looks back at me and says “I gotchu though.” And runs back inside the building. The people next to me are inspecting the food, which I assume Is because they got the wrong order. They looked just as confused as me. I then wait another 15-20 minutes when another guy comes out, and says “have you gotten your order yet?”. I said no. Obviously. That’s why I was still waiting there. Duh 🙄 so then another 5-10 minutes pass, and they both come out with my order. And they did give me two frosty pass things for the inconvenience, which I will not be using because I will never again return to a Wendy’s. So I inspect the food, expecting it to be cooked, but IT WAS NOT. I literally bit into raw chicken. I am pregnant, raw meat can kill my child. That is literally a lawsuit. If anything happens to my child in the womb, I WILL sue this specific Wendy’s. I have no idea how after over 35 minutes, they managed to give me a raw piece of chicken. How does that even happen. First of all, the cashier was not able to multi task more than one task, so I had to wait for 3 people to pay and get their food before I could even order. Then when I got to the window she had fake nails with multiple nails missing (ew- big no no for food service. Hopefully none of those ended up in my food) By the time I paid and got my drinks, the drink wasn’t even full and I had to ask for her to fill it up. I got my food and drove up and noticed that two of my orders of fries were missing. The lobby was closed and I had to wait through the drive thru line once again to let them know the fries were missing. There was no customer service at all, I drove up to the window and no one said anything to me while I waited forever to get my fries that were missing.
