I have had plenty screwed up by this McDonald's on many occasions. Unfortunately I spent almost $50 and had asked for fresh chicken for the sandwich and nuggets and also fresh fries if they didn't mind. Now I'm normally not a bitcher but being the sandwich tasted hours old and nugs weren't "fresh" and also my fries were stale... I felt like I should call. I was told on multiple occasions that nobody could help me until the general manager was there. And I did indeed call the same night trying to figure out what they would like me to do for a full refund and maybe some toys that did not come in my kids happy meals. I called on the days they told me to to speak with her and again no luck. I was told she would give me a callback on two separate occasions and that my name and number were written down and to expect the call. Still nothing. I finally get to talk to her today and I was told that since I didn't speak with someone the night of and I didn't bring my food back even though nobody answered and told me that's what I'd have to do, that the best she could do was give me 2 meals and 2 toys(not even replace the happy meals). Now when your children look at you and ask why did they not like us enough to not give us toys... Honestly it breaks your heart. On many levels this could of been handled so much more professionally instead of talking to me like I'm an idiot for wanting a refund and not holding onto the food for two weeks while I waited to talk with her. Cause again per their employees she was THE ONLY person who could help me with that. This location has some work to do. I'd really love to see it improve from a...
Read moreThe food is usually okay, but they couldn't get my order right today. When I tried to come back through, the lady was more interested in arguing with me. Then making the order right. So I just left and considered a loss. It blows my mind at these. People think they deserve $15 an hour. Especially for. A lady that had there been 70 years old. What really upset me, though. Wasn't the order? It was when the lady who was handling. My food opened her mouth and had what I can only describe as. A train wreck in her mouth. I don't know if someone had hit her with a baseball bat. Or if she got up from the dentist chair in the middle of A. Complete reconstructive surgery or what? But it was physically unnerving in stomach. Journeying to see someone with such an extreme case of dental trauma, not in a Doctor's office and actively handling people's food. I know that sounds harsh, but that's the truth. It made throwing me incorrect order out very easy. Because I had completely lost my appetite after having seen that. Why is it that fast food nowadays? You either get some sort of multicolored hair kid with a bunch of bolts in their face or elderly people with severe hygiene issues? Is there a shortage of teenage kids The nita job to learn the value of a dollar and the idea of having a job before moving on to bigger and better things like these jobs were originally designed to be? Now the only people filling these rolls are people who failed in life. Or people who unfortunately couldn't afford to...
Read moreProof is in all the reviews...just READ all the complaints are about same thing... where's the store owner?
They really need to work at preparing food/order better and more accurately. Everytime, I mean everytime, we not only spend over $30 each time (size of family) but when we get our drive thru order, the "special requests" are not honored. There's something always missing in order too..I'm not generally that person who will sit in line, holding up other cars, searching thru the bag to check all the sandwiches are made right. By the time we get home, we see something's wrong and just say next time we go, we will explain what happened with our last order so 'can we make sure there's extra sauce' or whatever. We've went through this over 6x. I don't call to complain either because I'm not going to drive all the way back there to get it. Also, who wants to go pick up an order remade for "that one person who calls and complains."
The 26 Mile Rd location, is the only one in this area (instead of traveling to crazy 23 Mile) and it seems they know that they are in a prime spot and don't care because people will keep having to come there. It's unfortunate because we will just travel further from now on and go to another location in Richmond which has proven to be way better and tastes fresh everytime. Hoping to try again if things...
