This is one of our favorite spots to visit while we're at our cottage in Pittsfield. We always make sure to make a trip over. The mochaccino is heavenly as is the hot cocoa. The truffles are absolutely to die for!! Omg the flavors are amazing, we love every one that we've tried. They are definitely pricey but worth every penny! Sometimes they have a discounted bag of mixed truffles that are misshapen which is an awesome deal because I can tell you from experience, they taste the same!! Another favorite of ours is the flourless chocolate cake, talk about decadent. The staff are always super friendly and helpful. And one of the things we love about coming here is taking our coffee/cocoa and chocolate out to the garden area right next door. There is a beautiful creek and pond with tons of frogs and pretty flowers. On a rainy day, sit in the gazebo, it's...

I have been to the store many times and I’m a big fan of your 85% chocolate. I bought 12 bars for the holidays. When I tasted them, they were clearly 100% rather than 85%, both of which I’ve tasted on several occasions. 4 of them were already given away so I tried to return the additional 8 bars given the expense. The young woman working there wouldnt even take a minute to look at them. She just said to me the 85% is very bitter and that you NEVER mislabel. It was so nasty that I will not go back and can no longer recommend you. This is a destination shop that is crazy to alienate their customers. This is clearly an employee that knows very little about customer service and loyalty. Such a shame. It’s great chocolate but I won’t support a business that won’t extend even a kind apology after...

I think "WOW" is pretty justified here. Artful chocolatiers are hard to find anywhere in the U.S. in my experience, but there is one right here in the Berkshires.

Everything we've tried at Chocolate Springs is excellent, though we like the delightful variety of bonbons and the fact that many aren't too sweet. That said, one glance in the display case will confirm for you that this chocolate taken to another level, but the quality of the tastes and textures actually matches the artistry of the presentation.

As an added plus, the hand-pulled espresso drinks here are better than most other cafes in the region -- even those that specialize in coffee.

Again, "WOW" rolls easily off the tongue after sampling a variety of Chocolate Springs delights: this is...

Very pricey! But it is very cute and very fancy. They have a little sit down area inside which is cute and lots of options on gift treats! I tried their hot chocolate and now I love chocolate but this was just. little to extreme. Which is very surprising due to my high tolerance of chocolate treats. I think maybe if it was made with milk instead of water (not sure what it was made with but it tasted more like water) then maybe it would've calmed the intense taste of chocolate. The raspberry truffle was delicious that deserves a five star. Thought it would be more like, showy of how the chocolate is made but its not. You can see the kitchen but it just wasn't what I was picturing. I guess to say you have visited at least once in your life time is good.

Great chocolate shop. Tons of chocolates from covered fruits and nuts to truffles, gelato and cakes. Drinks were delicious. The prices though are extremely high for the size and taste. $32 for 12 pieces, yikes. Definitely worth picking your own assortment versus the prepacked for the price, so you get exactly what you want. Was disappointing with the flavor of some, but the matcha was a stand out. Probably won't go again just because of the price, but worth trying if you're in the area and feel like splurging. Wishing Catherine's Chocolates in GB was still open. Quality and price was superior. Plenty of parking.
