With so many other restaurants reopening, it was a disappointment that this location has dine in closed. Further, by having to take out, when I ate part of my pizza and discovered it was not fully cooked dough, I was already 20 miles away. Too far to take back to counter and ask to be remade. The dough as seen in photo attached, is raw for about 1/4 inch thick. Only crusted surface was crispy. Rest was dough and it gave me a bad belly ache once in stomach. Has to take simethicone to relieve pressure.

Great place to take the kids for lunch. I have a very picky 7 year old and she was able to find something she liked on the lunch buffet, and that is always a bonus. It has a large large lunch crowd, and the buffet was kept stocked fairly well, with several options to choose from.

Got the loaded crust pepperoni and it exceeded my expectations! And of course I got the Peanut butter and jelly dessert pizza, it is BOMB DOT COM! Y'all need to come just for that!!! Wish there was an East Of Chicago Pizza closer, but I don't mind driving 35 min for this!

Update edit; Here’s a rewritten version of the 5 star review I had posted previously due to today's experience. I have been coming to this location for years and have usually had a positive experience. However, today was extremely disappointing. From the moment I walked in, I was met with rudeness and condescension from the staff member helping me. She seemed irritated from the start, repeatedly asking me to repeat myself even though I was speaking clearly and asking reasonable questions about the menu.

Unfortunately, instead of answering my questions, she became visibly frustrated. As a result, I placed an order for a pizza expecting a deep dish or pan style, but later learned—after receiving my order—that those options weren’t available with the size I selected. That’s something I tried to clarify when ordering, but she wouldn’t explain.

When I asked for a remake of the pizza, she put in the request but then attempted to charge me again. I had already paid nearly $30 for a pizza I didn’t want, and was shocked to be asked to pay another $20 for a second one when the issue could’ve been avoided with better communication up front.

To make matters worse, I was sitting in the dining room and was never informed when the pizza was ready. By the time I realized it and walked up, it had been sitting there so long it was barely warm and had gone soggy.

When I asked to speak to a manager, she curtly told me she was the manager. I then asked for the owner’s contact information and was refused.

Because I’ve had many good experiences here over the years, I’m not going to tell people to stop going. But I will say this: be sure to ask questions about the menu, double-check that your order is clearly understood, and wait up front for your food—because it likely won’t be brought to your table or announced.

I still enjoy the pizza when it’s hot and fresh, but the customer service today was unacceptable. I've never been so upset and disappointed before. I hope the staff, especially those in management roles, receive proper training. If someone doesn’t enjoy working with the public, they probably shouldn’t be in customer service.

I hope the owner responds to...

Beware of this company. I emailed the franchisee complaining and he emailed me back, I responded (not rude or anything) and he never emailed me again. Has ignored all my emails. This was a month ago. VERY poor customer service, horrible food, awful management. They ignore problems instead of fixing them. I don't know why anyone would go here.

My complaint to the franchisee was that every single time I've ordered ther they've messed up my order or did something wrong. It's not just a couple times, every time. This past time delivery took 30 minutes more than what they said it would take, plus they gave me the wrong pizza. All the manager said she would do would be to credit me 1 topping on my next pizza, even though I already paid for the wrong pizza. I will NEVER be eating there again. I wish I could...

Subs here are very good. Love the toasted Italian sub with the "special sauce".

The wings have consistently been a disappointing choice, since they tend to be soggy, not crispy, and are over-sauced which makes them a sad option. Pizzas have also been soggy-bottomed, the pizza sauce is on the sweet side and uninspired. The veggies and meats on the pizzas are fresh, but the end results are disappointing as a whole.

The staff are personable and have been outstanding for both carryout and delivery. Personally, I'd suggest just sticking to the Subs for this franchise location and enjoy the quick and...
