Subway — Restaurant in Leo-Cedarville

RUDE staff. Came through drive thru and was told to wait due to a large line inside, not a problem I’m a patient person. Girl came back over the speaker with an attitude problem. I do not appreciate being talked to like I am an inconvience in her day. She tried to rush through my oder and kept getting mad whenever she repeated the order back and it was incorrect. I tried to make sure I was taking any sort of tone with her or coming across as rude. I know what it’s like to work the food industry and how demanding it can be but that’s no reason for her to be nasty to me. I then get to the window and a guy asks if this is what I ordered and I say yes. He then get an attitude with me as well. Slams the window and shoves my food at me. Says enjoy with this sarcastic tone. I will not be back to this location. And they also forgot the toy with the kids meal and added mayo to the kids sandwich which should have been plain. Those though I can deal with but the attitude....

What is happening at this location? Are 4 and 5 star reviews coming from people who have actually been there recently?? The last time I went through the drive thru, the sandwich order was done wrong. So this evening, I went inside to get an order to go (so I could watch the sandwich being made). One young lady was working very hard behind the counter serving several customers, while another young lady in a Subway uniform sat in a booth snuggling with a young man, seemingly oblivious to the plight of the young lady who was working hard by herself. I wasn't sure if the second girl was on break or what she was doing, but even if she was on break, her behavior with the young man was totally not what I would expect from a worker in a business establishment, who is in the open view of customers. Unfortunately, recently the drive thru and ordering inside were both problematic enough to suggest finding a new place to go to...

If I could give no stars for this store I would. Customer service needs to be thoroughly explained to the manager Tim. When requested for the bread not be toasted, the store also did not cook the meat or the cheese and placed it directly on the sandwich in cold clumps. They also failed to include our bags of chips. Instead of just replacing the sandwich, he asked that the sandwich be returned to him (so much for the convenience of home delivery) and he blamed the dasher. My husband took the item to the store and was surprised to witness the arrogance and aggressive nature of a so called manager. He must have thought he was untouchable because once he finally agreed to refund the order, he actually refunded someone else's order on their card. Shame on us for not checking. Definitely do not recommend doing business with this store if this is who they hire to represent...
