John Klopfenstein Furniture and Flooring-Leo — Local services in Leo-Cedarville

I am so overjoyed with my new bed set! It is absolutely beautiful, the price was great, and it even came in a bit earlier than they said it would! I purchased the set out of the Fort Wayne store, but I wanted to leave a review for the delivery team that delivered the furniture (they were based out of the Leo location). Ron and Zach were absolutely fantastic! They were on time (was called the day before and told a 3 hour window of when they would be arriving, in which they did). They were very nice and were patient with me as I still had to remove a couple things from my room before they could get the furniture in there. I was very impressed with how capable and careful they were carrying everything up the stairs, including a pretty heavy dresser. They were happy to show me how to put together the bed frame, as I will be moving in a few months and will need to know how to take it apart and put it back together. They were even happy to tell me about Fort Wayne and the various things here, as I have just moved here from South Florida and am still very unfamiliar with the area. They also seemed to be very happy with their employer and said that they really enjoy working for the Klopfensteins, which is important to me as I have been there and come from a blue collar family and always love to support businesses that take care of their employees. Overall, Ron and Zach were a pleasure to have and I would love to have this review passed on to their manager, Jason....

Jen Miller was great helping us out. She was patient, kind, and very knowledgeable. They have a lot of furniture in stock. And when I changed my mind on color Jen was very helpful and gracious. Also, Dwayne laid our Berber carpet and did a great job. They get 5 stars! Unfortunately I referred friends and they ended up with Jennie Klopfenstein. It was a poor experience and they took there business elsewhere. There is an office person who is a bit snappy and seemed very stressed. And the Office Manager’s desk is a total disaster - completely out of control and an unorganized mess - papers and files stacked a foot or more high- can’t even see an inch of desk space or floor surrounding desk. As a customer it concerns me to see that kind of disorganization and it should be completely unacceptable. It’s a hoarding issue that...

Our sales rep Kimberly was AMAZING! We actually really love our furniture BUT..... the delivery and sales manager leave more to be desired. We were not notified of “hidden” delivery fees. The poor guys that delivered the furniture couldnt even lift it. If my son And friend weren’t available to help, im not sure if it would of gotten delivered. When we called to discuss the fees, the sales manager kept LAUGHING at my husband, LITERALLY. We were told that we signed the agreement but we were not made aware of the fact that they charge multiple fees if the inventory isn't all in at the same time.
