Very rude right off the bat via phone call. I was thinking maybe he was just busy and didn't have time to talk -or- maybe he was having a bad day. Booked online for a hair color and hair cut. Called the day of to ask about the process and was told he can't do a hair color without advance notice. That is understandable, but was rude telling me and made it seem like I should know that prior to booking appointment ("You think I can do that today? I don't have the products!"). I'm thinking that option should be taken away if it's not available until you are seen. In person wasn't much better: argumentative, impatient, not personable, didn't listen/communicate effectively, blamed me for telling him things that I would never have said. I was surprised (shocked, really) to be treated that way, especially as a new customer. He canceled my appointment two days in advance without any sort of notice to myself as to WHY it's canceled. Not a good first impression and won't be going back there. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Should be 0 stars. Don't like doing these reviews, but hoping to set expectations for others who want to try out this for the first time. Hopefully he can get improve his interactions with people for any future opportunities...

I know, I know...moms are more often taking boys to salons (ummm, yeah) or cheesy places like Great Clips where it's pretty much hit or miss that you'll get a decent haircut, but the barber shop and going to Greg Peck is where you go if you want a MAN someday. The owner was rude and very disrespectful and didn’t make conversation the entire cut, he asked if I wanted “bangs” on my buzz cut and when I asked what he meant he raised his voice and continued to say “do you want bangs!? Do you want bangs!!?” He also shaved off part of my eyebrow. The entire haircut was painful as he scraped my scalp the entire fade. Then when he shaved my neck he went way too fast with the razor and scraped my neck. Not a pleasant experience at all, needless to say I will never...
