Super Wings — Restaurant in Leominster

The Buffalo style wings here are tasty!! However, they aren't very crispy. So, the last time I ordered them, I asked that they be cooked extra crispy. They didn't. They were NO different. I may give it one more chance here. If they won't cook them a little longer so that they are crispy, I'll find another place for my wings. It would be too bad because they are tasty. I just don't like the skin not being crispy. That's where all the flavor is. If it's not crispy I can't eat the skin.

I gave it 1 more chance. We're looking for a new place for buffalo wings. My husband picked up the order. At home, I found that they mixed up our order. Instead of 1/3 hot and 2/3 mild, they reversed it. Also they were not even close to crispy! I again requested crispy. The man taking my order said they always cook them crispy but the sauce makes them soggy again. I guess he thinks I'm stupid. I brought them back and told them to fix it and do them crispy - cook them longer. Again, the guy says that he told me the sauce makes them soggy again. I opened the box and showed him by moving the totally NOT crispy skin between my fingers and told him this is not "soggy again". It's under cooked! I also told him that I had won first prize in a buffalo wings cook-off contest and know what I'm talking about. I was really irritated that he was talking down to me like he was. He said it would be 30 minutes instead of 20 for them to be crispy. Supposedly they were starting a new batch. I suspect they used the same wings, cooked them more and added some mild sauce on the 2/3 because under the mild sauce they were pretty hot. So with all that , we won't order from there anymore. They didn't even offer a discount to compensate for having to come back again for a 3rd time to pick up the...

I hate to have to write this but I'm so severely disappointed in their customer service. We order from Super Wings every Sunday during football season and have supported their small business through out the pandemic in order to stay local and small. Last week ordered and XL order of wings, rice, beans, and tres leche cake. My husband grabbed the order and when he got home realized the beans and the cake were missing. We called in hopes they would say to come back and they would fix this. Instead we got the run around saying the did indeed give it to us and that its not their problem. Why would I want to cheat them out of beans and a lone piece of cake?? They passed the phone around to several supposed "managers" and not one person told us to come get some beans or cake. I dont even care about that we didn't get the entire order that we paid for but for their lack of customer service and no offer to rectify the situation. They have camera's. I'd like to see if the person running their register handed our portion of the order to someone else. Sadly, one business we won't be going back to. Thankfully there are some other lovely authentic Mexican restaurants that have opened up in this area. WORK ON YOUR...

Worst place ever don't go there really don't go !!!! I ask for a burrito of Asada and chorizo they told me they cannot made it whith 2 meats cus the price was only a burrito for one meat Thas what they told me and I said charge me extra but I want my burrito whith 2 meats but they keep telling me they can't do!! I was so maaad !! I was speaking whith the young man then I talk to this lady that I think she is owner of that place and I thought she will be More reasonable with my order but I was worst she give me a bad attitude and she told me what you see in the menu it's what you get!!! Aaaaaaahh I was so maaad !! And I tell her ! Ok charge me 2 or 3 burritos but I want only 1 burrito with the 2 meats on it !! But she stare at me like I was messing up her recipe or something i don't know but I mean ITS THAT HARD ADD A EXTRA TOPPING!! it was not about the money she was gonna charge me that I was mad it was the way I wanted my burrito, after talkin for like 15 min over o fu....ing burrito she role she eyes at me and she told OK I gonna charge you 2 burritos and I said Thankyou but at the end what she give me it's 2 burritos !!! One of Asada and the other one of Chorizo !!!!!...
