I used to think this was my favorite Dunkins in leominster but I’d rather drink piss than anything that came from them. The customer service that I just experienced was absolutely awful. The way they treated me how rude they were this time. But I’ve had them be rude to me before I just never said anything. I asked for the money back for a donut I didn’t want that they charged me for. I asked instead since it was there mistake if I could have hash browns instead because it is less than a donut and the manager I think said no so I asked for my money back and she said well you said it was fine and I only said it was fine cause I didn’t want to argue with the guy. He looked stupid and confused. And rather than argue I just said it’s fine. But then my son didn’t even eat the donut and we were still there so I asked for an exchange. I am a very loyal customer and worked at Dunkin’s for a year last year I know what I’m talking about one donut could have been exchanged for six little hash browns for my three year old son who never eats for me so when I find something that he loves I wanted to get him more but then the lady started mouthing off to me the customer like lady get a real job. Read moreThis place is definitely one of a kind... Last night 1/19/18, I stopped by to grab an Ice Coffee and also asked for a new item listed on the menu as "Double Sausage" bagel or something. When I asked for it, a dude on the other side (with a less than professional attitude) replied with a: "A double what?" I said, "It's listed on the menu, you should know what I'm talking about", and his answer back to me was (again with this nasty attitude): " Well... They just changed the menus and I'm NOT out there to see it, you know"... Right at that time, a girl took over (with a goofy attitude) and proceeded to process my order. It makes me wonder: DD just make changes WITHOUT training the staff on new products? What type of people are getting hired by THAT company? Do they know that outstanding Customer Service should be their priority number 1?... I disliked the staff very much, and the coffee wasn't even that good either. #ThumbsDown...
Read moreToday, Tuesday, May 27th at 3:45pm, I ordered in the drive thru a dunkin refresher, which should've been $3.19, but upon paying at the window, I am handed a completely different drink, charged a total of $6.38. I handed back the latte and informed him that I had ordered a strawberry dragon refresher. The guy at the window makes my drink "on the house." I go back three hours later with the hopes of getting a refund, but the shift lead manager tells me that without a receipt, or the drink that was made on the house, I can not get a refund (understandable). The original guy never handed me a receipt, and I have the charge on my debit card. Due to these tragic events, I shall respectfully never order from this...
