I'm disabled with a brain injury, I called these guys a day prior and made an appt with this young man and I was running late the next day and I had forgotten his name, it was him on phone and I finally made it in about 2 hours late, I apologized and we moved on, I asked about a combo of phone and wifi and I couldn't afford it, he then set me up with a deal it is the 89$ a month wifi, the best, 200 Amazon card, 10 dollars off a month and no installation fee normally 100. And I was blown away at how good this pro set me up, he could have wrecked me because of my disability I'm very easily swayed into paying too much to some scrupulous people I have dealt with in my life, but this guy totally saw I wasn't all there, but I was looks can be deceiving, I look like homeless Jesus because I had been saving for a year to get my own place after my brutal divorce, so I finally got my apartment paid for and ready, but the salesman treated me as an equal and never took advantage of my financial situation,. This guy should be running a division of Verizon with his subtle yet extremely effective sales techniques, people have no clue how hard it is to do a cold sale with a customer like myself lol, I'm a hit mess, and when I get his name I will edit this and email Verizon to let them know what kind of person they have working for them and how underutilized he is. Read moreI walked into the store with an old phone that I intended to sign up a new line on. I was greeted by a representative named Leo. Another representative by the name of Mauro also helped fill my need. They seemed like a couple of nice representatives at first glance. However, by the time I walked out of the store I thought they were wizards! I’m not sure how they pulled it off but I joined a family plan offered by my friend who accompanied me to the store and I walked out of the store with a brand new iPad and a brand new top-of-the-line Samsung S 10 plus with a $50 savings on every month for this family plan that I just joined. As a matter of fact, not only did I not spend money in the store, the store had to pay me $.63. The two representatives who helped us out were professional and skilled as they worked together to get us the best deal that we could possibly get. I still haven’t figured out how they pulled it off. But I just wanted to say thanks to the guys who helped us out and we are excited to send all of our friends your way. Leo and Mauro, you guys rock!!!! P.S. Read moreI love Verizon I've had this service for about 4 years now. But I must say, this one location for Verizon is absolutely horrible! The two gentlemens that work the day shift in there are not helpful at all. I had an easy quick question about my new Samsung 6 and he didn't even want to help me. He just stated that, that feature isn't available on my new phone. And that was it. I knew he was wrong. Because why wouldn't I be able to surf the Web while on the phone. (Not connected to wifi) he just didn't want to take the time and help me at all. Just kept telling me it couldn't be done. These two associate'so are under educated when it comes time to new software for Verizon phones.. He didn't even try to look at my phone. Just kept saying "it couldn't be done". When I left their I Googled my question, got my answer.. and now I can surf the Web while on a call. It's called "advanced calling" every smart phone has this option you just have to turn it on. Don't waist your time going to this store. Your best bet is to go to any other Verizon Not at...
