Joyce's Pies & Bakery — Restaurant in Leominster

I went to Joyce bakery today to get a cake that I had requested for it to be customized for one of my family members. The pictures that you see one of them is off Google of the cake decoration that I wanted and the one that looks hideous is the one that I got! This was a $45 cake. Joyce herself was the one that presented me this cake. She owns this business and it’s ridiculous that she would let A customer be unsatisfied with the cake. I had no words when she opened up the box She obviously could tell that I was upset the only Thing she said to me was I’m just a baker. I’m a not the decorator. She didn’t even apologize for this inconvenience. This was a hideous cake! I had no choice, but to buy it because I really needed a cake at that moment for a party and it was embarrassing to bring it to the party I was throwing. I ended up texting the decorator herself of how I felt about the cake, and there was no response that she gave me. She read my messages and never responded. They have lost A customer and they’re gonna keep losing more if Joyce doesn’t care about what kind of decorator she hires! If I could give this a no star review and still post that I would. I hate the fact that I still have to give her a one star Review! This cake was ordered from my boyfriend for my birthday and when I saw it, I really couldn’t believe it that it was from this place because I have order here previously and I’ve got spectacular cakes. I really enjoy puzzles and he showed an example how he wanted The cake toward disappointment we had this cake that looks like a 10-year-old did it in the back of the bakery. This is supposed to be puzzles on the cake for decoration and she or whoever did a birthday cake on top of a birthday cake this was the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen in my life!. Unfortunately the worst key lime pie on earth, in fact I’d just call it green pie. It wasn’t key lime at all! It’s just a gelatin green pie that tastes like whipped cream and poorly adjusted lime juice. But the guy helped me in the final hour and did it like a champ and was super nice so instead of 1 star I’ll give 2, seriously their reputation has to be better than their pies. But seriously, don’t ever order a key lime pie from here, order whatever the 5 star reviewers are ordering because they must...
