Marshalls — Local services in Leominster

Just browsing. Not much alot of people. Had some stuff, 6 a Dolly Parton hardcover book for $ 5.00, they didn't have much. There were some things, odds & ends. I've recently went here with my family about 1 week ago, I Love Marshall's & TJMAXX, so much, this store is very clean for the most - part, well-lit, a lot of Inventory, and they had in general. They had tons of " Men's " Holiday / Christmas PJs Cartoon Socks & Underwear ( ELF, Snoopy, Scooby-Doo, Etc, Mtn Dew, ). I had a return to do here that when quite well , I found these wicked cool 4×6 Patriots Photo - Frames . Im gonna give one for my Dad for Christmas & one my Uncle & the other for a close friend of our family. Great Christmas gifts, $5.00

Updated Review: July -01st-23 we went here today as a family, the aisle's are super narrow, and only one person can go back or up the aisles. I had a return to do here today, the young men that assisted me was very pleasant, and so was the young girl. They both were friendly and super helpful. The store was very unorganized and kinda messy and had a lot of inventory . But a lot of the same stuff/ inventory. This store somewhat went a bit downhill, which is a big disappointment. I love shopping at many different Marshalls stores & as well as different TJMAXX. I hope this store gets better, so I can give them there 5...

I've had multiple disappointing experiences at this store. The first time I visited, I was trying on clothes and the staff aggressively yanked clothes off the racks. When the clothes fell, I was told to pick them up. I politely mentioned that she was making it harder than it should be, and she dismissed me. Today, I went back to shop for black jeans and a cute birthday outfit. When I entered the store to fix my purse, the staff immediately started speaking loudly and accusing me of stealing a purse I had bought a month ago here from the brand Aldo. I told them the purse was already mine, but they continued to question me. One of the agents even asked me if I was going to buy the purse while I was trying on clothes. As I went to pay for the items I tried on, the another agent, who had followed me around the store with other agent, asked again! if I was going to pay for the purse, even though all my purchases were clearly being paid for (mind you I took my wallet and keys from my purse there is no common sense in this store). I was shocked by how unprofessional and rude the staff was. I won't be returning to this...

2 months ago, I purchased a pocket book at the Leominster Marshals. I did not use it right away. I started to use it about a month after I purchased it. After using it for a few weeks, one of the tabs on the straps let go. I gathered all of the tags which I still had because I didn’t use the bag right away. I tried to return it with the original receipt, all of the manufacturers tags, including the extra bag. The manager refused to give me a refund because I had used the pocketbook and I was therefore not entitled to a refund. So , according to the Leominster manager, if you buy something and it falls apart after 2 weeks, you will not get a refund for a defect product. I will recommend that you only buy something at Marshalls, but never use it because the Leominster manager has made it clear that Marshalls does not stand behind...
