Main Street Gift & Cafe — Restaurant in Leominster

I recently moved to Leominster and this Cafe and Gift Shop is such a highlight during my weekends! I love walking there and enjoying a delicious drink. The staff are always super friendly and welcoming. The gift shop is amazing and there is so much variety. There really is something for everyone. Am not very impressed with the friendliness of staff. Have been visiting from out of town, and been in half a dozen times. Of the 3 people who have waited on me on separate occasions, one in particular is huffy and defensive. After purchasing 6 drinks, which happened in the first two visits, we were not even told about a customer loyalty card. When questioned, another counter person came up and said, "it starts today", a little annoyed it seemed. Since, the loyalty card isn't advertised, here is your heads up! Buy 6 drinks get the next free. Cute shop, decent breakfast burrito, ok coffee, customer service not always or consistently friendly. The Mayor should be made aware. I walked in and I thought it was a quaint little place cute little decorations on the wall food looks good but the service was horrible the coffee was average and it was overpriced it cost over $5 for a medium iced coffee when I can go up the street to Dunkin' donuts and get one for $4 and a donut I don't know I just seems like the lady was aggravated with me being there and I turned around to ask her for a straw or a spoon to stir my coffee with and she just disappeared in the back and gave me such an attitude for no reason I was really polite I don't know I had a horrible experience here if you're going to charge outrageous prices for your coffee at least have...
