Jade II Leominster — Restaurant in Leominster

When they 1st opened up in leominster, they were awesome. Over the past years, they have seriously declined. Not to mention we were waiting for an order from a shop next door and witnessed an employee picking his nose AND eating it!! Their food is so bad now, we will not order from there anymore. Our food last order was worse than ever, didn't think it was possible. We only order Chinese food maybe 3 times a year. My husband's wings were severely OVERCOOKED, and the spring rolls were old. Don't order anything vegetarian like theLorain, causeyou basically get just noodles, even tho I talked to them about it. They don't care and obviously don't eat their garbage themselves. Their lo mein would make any kid happy.......look ma, no veggies! Never again, will go to chopsticks ...

I ordered from here on DoorDash rice was undercooked and inedible and shrimp tasted like soap the manager said I just don’t like the rice so bad customer service and he wanted proof that the rice was undercooked this guy is crazy I’ve ordered here before if I didn’t like your food I wouldn’t order from you guys again get a new manager that will actually help you lost a good customer. Also you should give people a refund but no you want to insult them over the phone saying you just don’t like the food I did until you gave me attitude over the phone I won’t ever order from here waste of 24 dollars. Just tried to order my usual a letter E with two teas and of course the same guy say you have to order over ten dollars so I ask how much it was he said 13 and some change 😑. He then argued that you had to spend 10 on only food. I order the same thing everything I order from them AND its always delivered. I tried to inform him of that also that the owner said it was fine. He then stated that the restaurant had no owners lol then he just hung up on me. This is the 3rd time the same guy gives me a hard time.
