When I dropped my dress off after my first fitting, Lynn told me to expect to hear back from her after about two weeks regarding a follow up fitting. I called 3 weeks later to check in and hopefully schedule my next fitting (I am also very busy) and she was rude and short with me, and said “I will call YOU when I’m ready for you to come in.” I wish I had driven in and picked up my beautiful dress before she actually touched it.

I gave her over two months with my dress, which she claimed was “plenty of time” and told her that I was flying out for my wedding on April 16th. I went to try on my dress after alterations the week before and it was too big. She told me to come back in on April 15th to pick it up. It was still too big and the bustle wasn’t done yet. I actually had to leave for the airport on April 17th, but didn’t want to make any plans for the day I was flying out for my wedding but she insisted that she wanted to alter it one last time. I agreed and showed up to this.

As you can see, the dress is still too big in the photos and it would have fallen off it I weren’t holding it up. She stretched out all of the loops for my buttons and I had to have them redone. She hacked the lace on the side of my dress and left pink thread in that she used for alterations. I was so upset that I couldn’t look her in the eye, and had to leave for the airport so didn’t have time to argue with her. I paid her and left.

She caused me so much unnecessary stress before my wedding, and the rushed alterations to correct the mistakes that she made cost me over $900. The dress itself was $1700 (I bought it elsewhere).

If you want your dress to fit you on your wedding day, avoid this place at all costs. This is not a personal attack, and I wish her well as an individual. But if I can spare a single bride from anything comparable, sharing my experience is...

I am writing this review based on the experience that my wife and seven year old daughter just had going into this establishment. I got a very disturbing phone call from my wife saying that the owner was very rude to her. I had asked my wife what happened and she explained to me that when walking in she was greeted by the owner who asked how she could help her and after asking my wife proceeded to tell her that she had made a phone call to her the day prior to schedule an appointment to see certain dresses that the owner specified that she had which I would like to include that I was there during this phone call and heard every word that the owner told her. The owner proceeded to explain to her that what she is looking for she does not carry. My wife and asked her then why on the phone call yesterday you said you had plenty of dresses in stock of what I was looking for. The owner then proceeded to tell her that she was being rude and kicked both my wife and my seven year old daughter out of her building. My wife now being in tears in front of my seven year old daughter, who now is asking questions of what just happened. I’m beyond words and just completely flabbergasted by this. I chose to call this place to better understand what happened and speak to the owner, who then told me I was being very rude amongst so many other words. I was told to go F myself, and that I can go to hell. I am absolutely beyond words with this place. Owning a business myself I cannot imagine talking to anyone the way she has to not only my wife, my seven year old daughter and myself. I am absolutely going to report her establishment to whomever and everyone that I can possibly do so. I would highly suggest not doing...

Beware. I tried selling shoes and a dress and when I went to pick them up it took the owner forever to find the dress and she LOST my shoes and told me “she’s not liable for lost things.” Nothing is electronically filed, tagged or organized. The place is totally disorganized and an absolute mess. I found mouse droppings everywhere when searching for my shoes. Luckily I got my dress back but not my shoes. Very disappointed!
