Hello and good afternoon. Getting right to the point, I rate the service 50%and food 50%. Having said that, food = 50% as McDonald's food in one place is pretty much the same everywhere. The service was one of the most horrific fifteen minutes of my life. The Associate failed to greet us. When using the e-coupon, was meant to feel two inches high, embarrassed in front of waiting customers. We were told that we could not use the McDonald's coupon because that restaurant did not honor that item coupon. She implies that "you people" cannot "always get something for nothing"! My wife is Pakistani and I am a decorated combat veteran who was in uniform who is white. I am, as one could imagine, am very angry. This is one of the most racially motivated situation I have ever encountered. I have had five tours in Afghanistan and Iraq as a first sergeant in the military police.
Folks, I believe that you can only imagine what could have happened. I'm appalled and disappointed but not naive of the racial environment that a mixed relationship in these United States I serve and love. Of the twenty-eight years as a public servant, this is the only time that I have been made to feel so embarrassed that I wanted to crawl out of my skin. My wife is yes, of Palestinian descent, however, is a United States of America citizen of which she earned. She was very hurt and saddened by this deeply hurtful and disturbing display of disrespect. Please understand that we will continue to expose our meaningful and beautiful relationship. Also, will continue our patronage to you as a company.

Read moreI have gone to this place three times. Once early in the am, drive through wait-30minutes. Would have waited as long to get my refund anyway.... Don't go through the drive through. 2nd time late at night - 20 min.. Third time (yesterday) a trucker(truck stop next door) came up to my window and asked me to "come with him." I told the business( they didn't care) I was trapped in the drive through line, had to inch my car out to leave. My phone died and mcdonalds didnt bother calling the cops. Had to drive home and charge my phone to call them. Cops thanked me for my information. I complained to MCD about waiting so long everytime and they gave me a coupon. Whoopdie doo... They should be giving everyone coupons. Be careful about the rapists in the parking lot. Any women alone or with children need to stay away from this specific location FOREVER. Extremely dangerous and bizarre. Ppl that work at this place treat everyone like a joke, in reality- This entire business is the joke. Their work ethic is non existent (Anyone that works there.) After I left the drive through, three other people behind me followed me. Everyone had already ordered. The biggest question is .. How much food are they wasting or re-using from the people who end up leaving the line because of the 25min approx. drive through wait EVERYTIME. They also have two speaker units outside and only use one because they are slow, they know they are slow, and purposely keep being slow. Read moreI ordered a McChicken ADD cheese, ketchup,pickle & bacon no mayo small meal deal. I got ONLY cheese, ketchup, pickle & bacon on the chicken. I got the nuggets but not the sauce. My fries weren't in the bag. My drink was a small lemonade sweet tea mix with a lemon in it. That was good and accurate. I also ordered 2 cookies which was also accurate amd tasty. Normally I wouldn't even sweat it, however being an over the road truck driver there aren't many places we can park to get food. When there is a good place that's NOT Subway or Arby's I stop and order. We also don't have a bunch of time to get everything done in a 30 min Break. So if I stop to fuel, clean my windows, use the restroom, grab a box of smokes, a snack and food I'm trying to be in and out to respect the next driver behind me and their time. It's helpful for me to use the app and place my order so i can just grab it and go when I'm ready to jump back in the truck. It's very annoying to get in the truck and take off only to realize your food isn't correct or you're missing stuff. It's not like I'm in a car where I can just turn around and come back. I'm on a time schedule and now a quick stop turned into me being dissatisfied. I called to speak with someone, it just rang.
