McDonald's — Restaurant in Leoni Township

A good reminder of why I've steered clear of this chain. We pulled up and waited forever even though there was only one other vehicle in line and almost nobody in the parking lot. After giving my order, I pulled around to a kid on his phone while I'm there waiting to pay, after about 15-20 seconds he took my card, gave it back, and went back to his phone without a word. No thank you, have a nice evening, do you want a receipt, or anything.

I pulled up to pick up my order and again, not a word. The guy working the window tried to hand me a coke, I let him know it wasn't mine so he responds, then what did you order? The girl working with him looked at the screen and said a Strawberry shake. She went and got it, but it literally had pink swirls in the top and the bottom ⅓ was white. I asked to have it mixed better and was told they don't mix them, that's how it comes out of the machine, then she turns and walks away without another word and let's the window slam. After another minute or so I was asked to pull to the waiting spot.

We finally got our food and confirmed everything was there and headed home. My wife is a fry lover and immediately pulled some from the bag, they were cold and barely salted. When we got home (literally 3 miles away) we divided the food and got started. I opened my double qp box, and my burger was for with onions. There were almost as many sitting in the box as on my burger, and the patties were hanging ¼ off opposite ends. I happily support local businesses, but from time to time we do the chains.

This experience, matched to the ones I've had at the McD on Lansing Ave tell me at least in this area, there's a culture problem in their chain, and I refuse to support...

Congratulations! You guys were one sandwich shy of missing enough food in a year in our family's orders to cater a party. You just pulled it off! Way to go! Your location has missed food from 9/10 orders over the past year enough that if we had called it all in and claimed every one we could cater a party. Every time we come through, we end up having people in the car needing to share food so nobody goes without. Today, it was a small, simple order of 2 mcdoubles and 4 mcchickens. The first thing I pulled out of our bag was a wrapper with no sandwich that didn't have any creases to show it had been even halfway around a sandwich. Then I found parts of a sandwich loose in the bag that I managed to put back together and 4 more sandwiches. One missing mcdouble. So, as we've gotten used to, someone in the car had to eat half a sandwich so someone wouldn't go without. Every time my mother in law comes, you forget food in her order, too, and she's tiny and doesn't hardly eat anything so orders like a mcdouble and 4pc chicken and almost never gets her 4pc. It's okay. We're not mad. Actually laughing at the consistency. I told my husband if he keeps insisting we grab food from this store before we hit the highway, he's gonna have to start packing a sack lunch first for the person whose food will surely be omitted. Friendly? No! Not at all! Basically threw the bag at him. He caught it since it was at least coming through the car window. Good job on consitancy, though. Takes a lot to reach goals like...

I would not go to this specific location. I brought my family of 4 in to order 2 kids meals & 2 meals for the adults. We waited 20 minutes in an empty, but disgusting dining room & our food still was not ready. My young kids had to listen to the employees yelling and not watching their language. We watched another customer come in from the drive-thru saying their happy meals had food missing. We decided then to leave & wanted to pay only for the drinks we had received. After asking for a refund, we were told that it wasn't an option. Management insisted we return the drinks my children & I were already drinking, so we did. All so they can dump them down the drain? We were told our food was almost ready but it was taking long because we "ordered so much". A meal per person is not asking for anything unusual at a fast food restaurant. I would never go here as it was dirty and an unprofessional experience when my family & I just wanted to grab a quick bite. Management needs to make major changes - awful!

We drove to the McDonald's location on Michigan Ave (which was just as busy) & had our fresh food within 10 minutes from leaving this location. The customer service there was good and it seemed like they actually cared. I would go there instead if you are ever trying to grab a sanitary, quick...
