I hadn't been to this McDonald's in quite a few years and remembered that when it was first built the service was exemplary. I decided to pay a visit today and went through the drive-thru. I continue to ask hello as I waited in my car for a couple minutes for someone to even acknowledge that I was at the order window. When they finally answered they were pleasant enough and I was told to go to the window to pay. I couldn't understand if they said the first or second window so I stopped at the first window where I saw a woman who was charging a credit card and then putting the receipt and credit card in her purse. I waited at the window for 2 minutes waiting for her to look up and acknowledge me and she did not so I assumed that I needed to pay at the second window. I tried waving in my car to get her attention but she never once looked up at me. When I got to the second window the service was very slow and I waited behind the vehicle in front of me for quite a few minutes. When I drove up to the window the woman at the first window came and began to scold me for not paying. I said to her that I had waited for her to acknowledge me and she interrupted me and said that she was buying food for her granddaughter and that she was busy. I gave her the exact change and she abruptly took it and walked back to the first window. I then waited another 3 minutes as I watched everyone waiting for food to come up and finally someone gave me my order. The food was fine but a little cold and the young man that gave the food to me was very pleasant. It's unfortunate that this rude woman was working and felt bothered to acknowledge customers as they were waiting for her to finish her...
Read morePlaced an order and waited 45 minutes in the store just to be told “well I said the order number and no one answered”.
No one had said our order, we were being very attentive as one does waiting for food they have paid for. Our food had sat out in the back for who knows how long.
Of course while we were standing there waiting we had the chance to take in our surroundings.. so many flies going around in this place. I get it, it’s hard to deal with bugs at a place where there is food but there were A LOT. So much that I was having to swat them away from me while waiting in line.
You can tell the floors have not been swept in a long time either. Door handles are sticky, and the service was not great.
Our food was thrown together, we were missing items, and as I stated before- the attitude was prominent. As if it were our fault our food had sat for so long.
Yes you may say (if anyone reads this) you took time out of your day to write a long negative review? Get a life. Usually I’d say the same, but this time it felt necessary due to the lack of concern from employees. No apologies, just attitude where we were the ones getting blamed. Good luck to anyone...
Read moreStopped for a steak bagel, not very often I treat myself to one, or anything really. Drive through was packed so my hubby decided to run inside. It was decently clean. Didn't take very long. However the steak was as dry as a bone like it had been sitting in the warmer tray for a half hour, cheese wasn't melted (yes it had time to melt before I opened it), no onions and extremely light on the sauce, the bagel itself was the perfect amount of soft and crispy. Also the "sweet tea" however fresh, please remember to add the "sweet" to it. There is nothing like taking a large gulp of what you think is about to be a sweet refreshing drink, but half way through that gulp your brain realizes that is definitely not the tea you were expecting. Definitely not satisfied, but will I be back... Only because it's the most convenient one in the area. But I'm sure it won't be for some...
