Captain D's — Restaurant in Lewisburg

I Hope and Pray that this doesn't get anyone in trouble, but this location is TOP NOTCH!!! VERY EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I called around a few places to have an order delivered. Pizza hut, Chinese, etc. 3 miles from their locations, and each a "NO".. On a whim, I call this location, talked with Paige (hopefully spelling it correctly) and explained that I am an OTR truck driver and that I'm out of time and under a load explained that no one would do food delivery to my location. She spoke with her manager, and said "yes they'd deliver something for me." Hallelujah!!! 10 minutes later, my orders here.. and even tipped the young lady (my old timers kicked in and forgot her name) delivering it to me for her time.. THANK YOU, LADIES!!! I'll definitely remember your location if and when I ever come back!!! & pizza hut and the rest could use some educating on how to treat a customer.. Captain D's is 2.6 miles from my location and not a delivery franchise, the rest of the other places are 3.1 to 4 miles away and...

It was okay, but not great. I love Captain D's and was super excited that we were finally getting one. Unfortunately, this visit just wasn't great. My biggest complaint is how they bring the food out. If you're going to give your customer an order number either call it out at the counter or give the customer one of those plastic numbers to leave on the table so when the person bringing out the food isn't walking around the lobby while you try to chase her down for your food. Not everyone has great hearing and I just barely heard her quiet voice call out "91". The fish was a little mushy for my taste but it had good flavor and was hot. The broccoli was steamed to perfection (in my opinion). Sadly though, like many fast food places around Lewisburg, the fries were old and borderline cold. So overall it was okay, but nothing to...

I stopped by the drive thru this evening and got a family fish meal, 3 sides including fries, green beans, and mac & cheese, an order of 15 shrimp, and an order of clams. The service was EXCELLENT & the employees were all VERY FRIENDLY & ACCOMMODATING!! OMG this was one of THE BEST fish meals our family has ever had from any Captain D's, and we've been to several in at least 3 different states. EVERY part of the meal was FRESH & DELICIOUS!!
