My husband needed a dash kit and a wiring harness to upgrade his factory car stereo, and since this place was close, we tried it. I got the dash kit, and had to send my husband (who doesn’t know about any of this stuff) to get the wiring harness as I was already disassembling his car. Over the phone, I was telling the sales rep that I needed a basic wiring harness, nothing fancy, and I wasn’t keeping the steering wheel volume controls. I get off the phone and my husband brings home a $76 wiring harness that helps maintain steering wheel controls and helps connect an amp. The sales rep didn’t listen one bit! Needless to say, I returned it (and the sales rep we were dealing with before completely avoided me and let me stand there til a manager (who was on the phone the entire time) processed my return.

Idk if it’s because I’m a female and he thought I wouldn’t know what I was talking about or what, but I was livid and took it back, and never again will my family be customers here. To the sales rep - thanks for being so ignorant, you made my decision...

Awesome work from these guys. Got my new radio put in and works amazingly with no problems, and I will say that I recommend buying through them and don't bring them things to install, it makes things harder for them and it's easier for them to be able to get the correct parts that are compatible with your vehicle. They can look it up in no time and give you your options. I highly recommend asking for Corey, great guy and he gets straight...
