Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Lewisburg

Worst Pizza Hut I have ever been in. This negative review is NOT an attempt to get something for free or my money back! I just people to know just how PATHETIC this location is. We walked in at 5:05 PM on Friday, July 5th. The dining room server was yelling at another employee in the back. The restaurant was a disaster! Tables not cleaned off, food and paper on the carpet, carpet threadbare with multiple stains, salad bar was scary, wilted and brown lettuce, dressing containers were crusty and several were empty. Took awhile for the frustrated sever to stop by our booth, her attitude was "I could care less". She was very snappy, cold, and had NO patience. We wanted ask a couple of questions but she simply said " she would come back when we're ready to order"! Our cheesy bread sticks and pizza were burnt. While we were waiting on out burnt food, the server and other employee continued their argument....yes in front of the seated customers! Closed the dining room at 6 PM by taping a hand written sign to the inside of the glass entry door. Check was never presented to us at our booth, so went to counter where we were made to wait several minutes while our server was doing paperwork. We have family here in Lewisburg, which we visit four times a year. Please believe me when I tell you we will NEVER patronize this...

I ordered with the app and got a pizza and garlic cup on the side to go. The pizza was made perfectly how I mean. The pizza was hot and ready when I got there as the app stated ready in fifteen minutes and when I got there it stated ready in one minute. I walked in and got my pizza right away as the person went in to check and came back with it in about one minute. The pizza was made how I prefer as I asked for certain toppings and extra sauce and it was made perfectly per se as I asked for. The pizza was full of delicious flavors and healthy to eat. I work really hard and want stuff that I can appreciate spending my hard earned money on and it hit the spot right on. I loved it and certainly will come back and recommend this pizza hut to others. I hate to complain, and this is not a reflection of the restaurant location itself. It'd be understanding if they were backed up, but my husband placed an order at 6:50 pm when they weren't busy and it said ready in 10-15 minutes; when he went in they said it wasn't ready yet. Multiple people came and went, so he asked again and the employee told him it was their fault, they were distracting another employee? So he got it finally around 7:20-7:25...it's ok to have some fun at work and I appreciate they're even working but didn't offer a discount or anything for admitting their fault. Just wanted to share my experience, if you were working Friday evening March 25, please do better next...
