My husband and I stayed at the Pineapple Inn for three nights at the end of June 2014 in the Canterbury Room. We were very pleased with our stay. The hosts, Charlie and Deborah, were delightful and happy to assist us in our quest for information on local history. The room was great (and so were the towels and linens!). The policy of unlocked doors when you leave your room is fine - don't worry about it. We were there for the Veteran's Parade on June 28, and although we had checked out to head on to our next stop, Charlie suggested we stay and sit on their front porch to watch it. Great idea - perfect spot to watch a good old-fashioned parade with marching bands, and convertibles carrying WW2 vets, fire trucks and more... all the while sipping iced tea provided by Deborah.
