I stopped by this food truck for a late-night dinner, conveniently parked at a gas station where we also needed to refuel. We ordered the Birria Tacos and a Torta. The torta was huge, filling, and crunchy. The birria tacos were crispy, and the consommé complemented them perfectly, providing a delicious broth to sip on afterward.

Fantastic! I ordered the Taco- Birria, Elotes and the 3-Milk Cake on Door Dash for pickup. When Mapquest sent me to a gas station parking lot, I won't lie, I was feeling regret. Boy was I wrong!
