Dunkin' — Restaurant in Lewiston

The worst Dunkin' I have been to by far. The first time I went there, I ordered mobile pick-up. I go up to the door, and it's locked. I see a guy in there, and he shakes his head and walks away. It was an hour before close, and I had already ordered, so I go through the drive-thru. Which itself wasn’t horrible; I just hate being forced to go through the drive-thru when I select pick-up. The second time I went in, I had ordered mobile pick-up once again for a coffee and doughnuts. I go in, and it’s not at the pick-up station, so I wait. 20 minutes later, I decided to go through the drive-thru because they still hadn’t put it out there. I go through and they give me my coffee, and I tell them I had doughnuts too, and they said that I hadn’t ordered it, even though I had the order on my phone. I just didn’t want to deal with it so I took my coffee and left. Why do they offer pick-up and a pick-up station if they don’t allow...

I used to love this Duncan until it relocated. Instead of across the street from the hospital it's a little further down. I don't like the new system of two lanes that merge into one. Do you know many accidents it's almost caused just in the past few months it's crazy. Whoever invented this idea of people letting each other merge into each other's lane. On top of that being nice enough to let someone go before you. Is absurd out of their mind because nobody nowadays is that kind. I decided to make this post because as I'm sitting here waiting in line a lady merged right in front of me and almost crashed right into my vehicle. Who do you decided that point who goes first is it the person who made the text or is the person waiting in line for 45 minutes outside in their car? I welcome anybody's answer to that question please!...

They have consistently gotten my orders wrong the past five times I've gone, not to mention all the times before that. I've tried to give this place a chance seeing as it's the closest Dunkin to me, but I've been continuously let down. I don't know how many times I've asked for almond milk, just to find out later by getting sick that they've given me actual milk. They literally threw 2 munchkins in a bag instead of whatever donut I actually ordered after telling me that they do in fact have that donut. One of the last times I went we specifically asked for no cornbread munchkins, and I was told they didn't have any, just to end up with 6 of them. I've gotten lattes that were literally just milk and sugar.

Tldr: just go to a different Dunkin, this place just...
