I’m not one to write reviews but enough is enough. Almost every time I go to this DD they mess up my order, there’s a long wait and customer service is definitely lacking. Today was no exception. When I placed my order the employee taking my order acted like it was an imposition to take it, I had to repeat my order 3 times for him to understand I wanted cream NOT whipped cream in my iced coffee and they were out of large iced coffee cups. As they lack in their due diligence to maintain the inventory needed, I had to adjust my order. The car in front of me had to have their drinks redone due to being completely wrong so even though I was 3rd in line I was in line 15-20 minutes minimum. I got my drink and headed home only to find that yes, they messed up my order again so I had to fix it at home. I also found the coffee very bitter and had to add sweetener to off set it. I only treat myself to DD periodically as it’s very expensive on a daily basis. I will no longer spend any money at this DD. I gave them multiple chances, giving the benefit of doubt considering everything that is and has been going on in our world. Read moreI don't think I've ever edited one of my reviews. But this is much called for. I don't frequent this kiosk dunkin' but I figured why not while in the area. I've been battling pneumonia and a respiratory problem for about a month now my voice sounds quite horrid. Well anyway while ordering I was rudely interrupted several times by the order taker. Mind you I worked at this store a year or two ago. So I know how it's liked to be run. Yadda yadda, I got to the window. I was talking to the young gentleman explaining the raspy voice and he said couldn't you clear your throat....shocked I said excuse me? And again he says couldn't you just clear your throat. Read moreI visit this Dunks every morning and a couple of afternoons every week. My 6:30am hot coffee is great 98% of the time. However my afternoon coffee has been terrible over the past couple of months. Also, the other day I overheard them whisper “shit we are out of coffee I think”. I waited a minute or so and they handed me out my medium hot coffee so I assumed they had coffee. I got to work and took a sip and it was the grossest lukewarm cup of coffee that must have been sitting there forever. I get that not every cup is going to be perfect but to purposefully give a customer an item that you know is bad is karma worthy. Lack of integrity is worst than bad customer service.
