Nobody was in the parking lot. Nobody was in the drive-through. They told me to hold. I sat in the drive-through for five minutes, waiting to place my order then they take my order I get to the window. All the girls are over by the tables not even in the area where they make the food and make the drinks. One of the girls was braiding another girls hair Are you kidding me you put me on hold to braid your hair if so, literally sat there waiting for them to make my drink 10 minutes later two of the girls leave again and the girl that is at the window had to make my drink. Went in today to pick up a mobile order and got it home and its missing 2 items. drove back and went inside and told them i was missing a coffe cake muffin and an egg and cheese sandwhich. then i was told the muffin i ordered they were out of which would have been nice to know when picking it up. Got the muffin and waited another 15 mins and never got the sandwhich. Sorry I dont have time to wait around for your screw up. Well the last time I was there I was gonna go through the drive thru. Line was to long,I put my order in and I had waited for 30 plus minutes for a ☕. As the drive thru went fast and they kept looking at us all either waiting for their orders or waiting to order. As 3 more workers walked out from the back. There was no need for any of us to be waiting for as long as we all did.
