Ramada Conference Center — Hotel in Lewiston

Do not stay here! If I could have, I would have given a negative star review. I booked this hotel 2 months early. During a 10 day leaf peeping road trip, my family arrived at Ramada at 9:30 pm. I tried to call twice on my way to the hotel with no answer. When we arrived there was a large tour bus on the property. I went in to check in and was told by Sunny that they did not have my reservation because they were having air conditioning and plumbing issues and couldn't allow us access our room. (There were other guest in the lobby and a full parking lot of cars). I had booked through price line. I called for them assistance. They called Sunny at the front desk, who told them that they were overbooked. (To the tour bus, I am sure) we were traveling with a 7yr old and it took us an hour to find another available room and had to drive 45 min out of our way for a safe place to stay. In all the hotel reservations I have ever had, I've never been turned away...

I rent 2 rooms . The guy at the front, named Zack, overcharged me , did 2 transactions of 228$ each , room +deposit . Said one of them didn’t go thru. Gave me a lot of problem . Was going to leave me without rooms , but still charge me for reservations . Without my money for 5-7 bissnes days for first 2 transactions. I was showing him online banking screen that was showing 2 charges by hotel , 228 each. I come up with another 228 $ . Got hold up almost 500 for unknown . Is this is fare...

A little pricey, but good, modern, clean rooms and pool area. The bed was a bit uncomfortable, that'd be my primary complaint besides it being a bit overpriced. (Everything is though these days sooo...🤷‍♂️) The restaurant on site is great. Makes excellent breakfast buffet with all the bacon you can stuff. Totally my...
