Went with a group of friends for dinner after being referred by friends. We parked in the lines pre-drawn on the lot alongside other cars. After getting settled and ordering, we were asked to move our cars. We were told we were blocking people in. Again we were parked in the lines of the lot. Once moved, we were told to pull up the the front of the lot in front of the spots. We questioned this saying we were going to get blocked in but assured no. While eating, someone returned to the table again and asked one of us to move their car again because where she was told to park was not correct either. Through all of this, we watched our waitress, who was brand new struggle with no help at all. She appeared to ask for help while team members and management ignored her. As a Manager, it was difficult to watch her work so hard and stay so sweet and positive, but clearly being left to fin for herself. When leaving, the lot was filled in the spots we were parked in originally and we were completely blocked in. We went in to get help and were met with rudeness by an unprofessional women. The same women who had asked us to move our cars, but now that she had us blocked in by parking where she told us to park, she didn't want to ask anyone else to move to allow us to get out. At this point we were all frustrated with her and stated this was ridiculous. Her response was, arms in the air yelling, welcome to the restaurant business. In the restaurant business, which I am very familiar with, I expect hospitality and customer service. Now more than ever we are more kind to restaurant staff due to all the negative people around lately. The waitress was very apologetic and we encouraged her and thanked her and let her know how well she did. It was management, the blonde who was horrible. We will never return. Yes, there were only 8 of us but that's 8 who would have come again and spread the word. No thank you. Too bad because the food was good and I would have returned for the waitress who worked so hard, but the way we were treated was unacceptable. No apology, no kindness, just welcome to the...
Read moreNot after today’s visit!! 8 friends got together for dinner and drinks. While dining , an employee (don’t know her name) came to our table and asked if we parked in the parking lot front row ? , to move our vehicles to the tip of the grass Not understanding ~ the employee came outside to direct our vehicles. 😳 We knew we would be blocked in !! But did so anyways. Once back inside Kayla our server was sweet , kind, attentive and explained to us it’s her 4th day on the floor, first large party , new computer system. Kayla you are amazing!! We all loved You!! Once done our meals , Kayla was struggling cashing us out.The owner walked by her many times , also eyeballing our table ~ offering NO help !! causing unneeded stress for all. Our party is in the professional /customer service /hospitality business. We experienced no team work at this restaurant!! Fine we get through the drinks, meal, paying our bill ~ only to go outside and realize the whole line of cars which were parked in the “front row” and moved to the tip of the grass are now boxed in by other vehicles. Can’t drive forward can’t drive backwards 😬 Have no choice but to wait for the owner to notify other patrons in the restaurant to move their vehicles. I expressed my disappointment to the “Owner” woman ~ her only response was “Welcome to the restaurant business” !!!!And Walked away!!!! That is NOT an experience I’ve ever experienced in my life at a restaurant ~ Kayla You did awesome service !!! Will...
Read moreI really want to like this place. I love sports bars/pool halls. I’ve been twice now. The kitchen can cook but I don’t think they are very detail oriented. First time I went ordered their nachos (which are huge) but got chicken instead of beef. Mentioned it to my server but didn’t complain. Just left from my second trip. Couldn’t get a Mojito for a lack of mint (okay, it happens). Ordered a burger medium rare, over easy egg, sautéed jalapeños. Burger came medium well, hard fried egg, no jalapeños. Server even asked us to check the burgers before she left our table for temp. I pointed out all the issues with no response other than sorry. In every restaurant I’ve worked in you offer something when the meal is flat out wrong; take it off the bill, a free dessert, he’ll be cheap and take off the Diet Coke I ordered after I couldn’t get the Mojito. But twice it’s been nothing. I’m giving three stars because the food was decent, just not what I ordered. Also, nobody asked me to move my car. Probably would...
