Placed an order on the app for curbside. They brought my food out to me and when I checked that bags there was items missing. So I went through the drive thru to get the missing items and was told to pull up to the second window to get the missing items. When I started pulling past the first window the girl working leaned out the window and was like "you need to pay!" I explained to her that I did a pickup on the app and items were missing so they told me to pull up to the second window, to which she responded "You can come here." I was already pulled forward past the window a little and couldn't back up because the car behind me so she said to just go to the next window. SO I wait for the 2 cars ahead of me and when I pull up to the second window the girl there immediately says "You didn't pay..." I said yes I did and explained again for the 3rd time what had happened. She walks away and goes to talk to another employee saying I didn't pay, so that employee comes over and says she needs to see my receipt. I then explained for the 4th time to a 4th person what had happened and finally someone gets it. But not until after I've been treated like I'm trying to rob them when I'm just trying to get something I already paid for and didn't receive. The worst customer service I've ever experienced...over something that should have been very simple if someone knows how to listen to a customer and do their job. A serious need for...
Read moreAfter a long play day at the trampoline park i decided to treat my 8 year old to a happy meal. When we arrived at this place the drive thru was packed. Being 6pm thats only normal at this time of day. So we decided to park and go inside. To our great delight there was no line at the register. I stood with my son as he waited with joy to order his happy meal. One employee smiled at us while bagging food to give out at the drive thru window. Another glared at us as we stood chatting waiting for someone to take our order. After several minutes two employees from the kitchen peeked their heads over the coffee machine and saw us standing there. Still waiting. Another woman was getting desserts from the ice cream machine and also saw us standing there. Yet not one of them acknowledged us or said one word to us. My frustration grew as i watched 4 employees getting things together for the drive thru yet no one even bothered to say like, hey we will be right with you, or just a moment, or anything else. Many of them saw us. So after waiting about ten minutes we chose to leave. Horrible customer service here. So we will not be visiting this establishment again. Or any other mcdonalds again. So thanks for disappointing a little boy. And making my decision to choose burger king over mcdonalds so...
Read moreSometimes the food is just nasty. Frapé machine was yet again, down. I arrived at 11am to pick up lunch orders for a few ppl. Everyone's fries were hard, cold, and had no salt added. 😔 big disappointment for the start of both lunch menus but also, lunchtime rush. One order was chicken nuggets, cold and hard 😔 one was mcdouble (3) cheeseburgers. Same thing, cold. And everyone knows, you cannot microwave or reheat McDonalds fries, nuggets... Burgers, Well everything! And my own order, spicy BBQ chicken strips. Well they just take their fried chicken strips and add BBQ sauce. McDonald's should be ashamed. My strips, 8 piece, was no more than 4 strips, they were all short pieces, that they actually added as 8!! Not only that, the BBQ sauce was so minimal, there was litteraly no BBQ sauce! So badly, that the chicken strips were so dry and just nasty. So... If anyone perhaps knows the very best time to go please let me kno! I've been there and had amazing food before. Fresh crispy, light nuggest, soft but not too soft with a light, a subtle crispiness, and salted perfection, French fries ! Again... Its a hit or miss at mc Donalds.... Maybe great food, well not too heavy on the GREAT... But like I've learned, only...
