At first I thought the service was good, but then delivery day came. No call to confirm my delivery window. I called the morning of deliver to confirm the delivery window (it was confirmed to be 2 to 4 pm). I called RAC at 4:10 pm to get an ETA since the truck never showed up. I was told the truck didn't come out because I didn't answer my phone when they called. I had my phone with me all day. They never attempted to call a second time and the truck never attempted to make the delivery. I was then told I never submitted the signed contract ( a contract which I never received or was told I was going to receive in my email). This of course is something that could be signed at time of delivery. They also neglected to ask me to sign the contract the morning of the delivery when I called. Well, RAC made arrangements for the furniture to be delivered around 5 or so on the same day. Once again, I called for an ETA at 5:30 and was told another ETA of 7:00 pm I waited until 7 pm. When you can't afford to buy things outright, unfortunately you end up going to a rental place to rent by the week or month, which makes the initial investment a lot easier to handle. However, over the long run, you're paying an exorbitant amount! An item that costs outright for $1000 will end up costing you around $3000 by the time you're done paying for it over time. And they try to tack on other fees for things like insurance and other fees which you really don't need. I don't like that. Read moreI called the store to obtain my rental agreement number. When I called I was asked to give my number for a call back because the person who answered had customers in the store. The agreement number would have been something that was simple to look up, and would not have taken any time. However, I've been a customer in the store who has had to wait for the employee to take phone calls, so I understood. A week later and I'm still waiting for that phone call- but thankfully I'm on vacation and cleaned out my closet and found my rental agreement so I can sign into my account to make this review.
