I have been ordering from this restaurant for 4 years now.. At least once a week... Tonight they forgot my crab rag tonight... Every single time I order I always order a small or a large Crab Ragoon. With whatever I'm ordering. Every single time.. Tonight they did not Bring my crab ragoon. They told me they would bring it back to me . Well they are less than one mile away for me. Never showed up this was 8 hours ago.. As a customer 4 years now, I feel as if they truly do care about money not their actual customers.. This is not the first time I had a situation of these people.. I Have worked in the same restaurant for over 17 months now. When my regulars do not order the same thing that they always order, I always ask them just to double check it.. we get around 250 to 300 customers a day the time I am There.. So being a customer 4 years ,they cannot be bothered to come back less than a mile away when they told me that they would.... 🤔 Honestly jade garden has way better Chinese food.. It's just they don't deliver themselves they use DOORDASH and Canton wok IS closer to my home.... Honestly I am so done spending money at this restaurant.. I will continue going to JADE GARDEN ..I had been there several times but only when I'm at work because it's close...

We were going to order a second set of meals and the man behind the counter was extremely rude. He didn’t want to make the second order because he said “ there is no one here to make the food, it’s only me” no one was calling when we were ordering. He kept sighing and shaking his head with a simple request and kept saying he didn’t have specific items still on their menu. Horrible service. However these past few times the man that works there is grouchy makes mistakes then won't fix it and blame the customer. He hangs up on people and yells at them to never come back. The other day I tried to place a order he said the price then acted like I couldn't afford it yelling is that of and when I said yes and tried to give my card information he hung up on me.
