Regarding the pizza order placed on September 27th, I am writing to detail the unsatisfactory experience. The initial issue involved an oven malfunction, which led to an offer of a refund if the pizza was not satisfactory. Upon receiving the pizza, it was undercooked, and subsequent attempts to resolve the issue were unsuccessful. Despite ordering a sheet pizza with 14 cuts, a medium pizza with six cuts was provided as a replacement. The quality of the replacement pizza was also subpar. Furthermore, the staff's handling of the situation was unprofessional, including accusations of dishonesty and a refusal to honor the initial agreement. Locally owned & operated! It's pretty much the same exact way it was from the beginning! U can order by the pie or square cuts! We usually get a "Half Sheet" which is 14 square cuts!! They offer a meal deal with pizza, chips and 2 liter combos of your choice. Good selection of toppings. Very casual. Call to order ahead or just stop in for some “cuts”. They do have good pizza but they don't even open until 4pm and close at 9pm, even on weekends! Then there has been several times were on our way home and decide to stop there for quick pizza and it's like 8:40 or 8:45 and they have the door locked and are closed when they are supposedly open until 9! I even tried to call and order it at 8:35 tonight and they wouldn't answer the phone, go figure! Got there to try and get it at 8:45, 3 ppl standing at the counter door locked just staring at me lol.
