This location appears to have been opened in Q4 of 2024. I am impressed that in such a short time, they have veered so far from the corporate norm of other stores that maybe they should put this location on an ice flow and push them into the ocean for climate change to run its course.
when we arrived at 7p, there was just one customer in line and one person waiting in the to-go area. five employees that we could see. service was so incredibly slow, you'd think that those 2 customers were a lunchtime rush. the worker helping me seemed puzzled by where the salad mix was (he appeared to ask another worker who directed him to the frig).
nobody appeared to have any sense that there was a building line and by the time we were through and paid... the line was to the door.
my wife asked if they had tea, and they answered curtly, "no". our chips were stuck together, oil logged and floppy as a bunny's ears. we asked if they had more that weren't stale and the response was, "if those are stale, then the others would also be stale". when pressed if they had others they could make, the response was "i'll have to see if we have the stuff to make them". but did not make any move to check if they had tortillas and salt. turns out the fryer was not on so, no chips.
anyway, it looks from the other reviews that service and the food are "growth areas" here. hope that the franchise owner or corporate will read these reviews and spend some time training. well, that or...
Read moreWill not be back. I've ordered from this location several times and each time I go in it's nasty. There is food all over the floor, flies are hovering and landing on the food behind the counter. Today was it for me. I ordered a mobile order that was supposed to be ready by 5:10, go in to pick it up and it's not in the mobile area. I stood there for another 10 mins next to the pickup area to and was not acknowledged by any of the staff. Finally I brought it to the girls attention behind the counter that I had a mobile order. She responds "we're working on it", then she immediately goes over and starts making the food. They were never working on it, they simply forgot about it which I can overlook. When she began preparing my food, she put gloves on, then in the middle of preparing my food, she stopped and began running the register and taking cash from customers. Then she began preparing my food again, even touching the tortilla shells without changing gloves. This is alarming considering that cash is well known for containing bacteria and fecal matter. I stopped her and had to explain that she needs to change gloves due to cross contamination of handling the cash, which she did but I cannot help but think how many customers this has happened to. Just beware that if you eat at this location you may develop a food-borne illness. It just amazes me that either these workers were never trained in regards to cross contamination or just...
Read moreI'm aware this location just opened but the staff and management need training. I've been twice and both times were bad. This last time was the worse I'll never go back. They ran out of chicken. When I asked the young lady do they have more chicken. The manager walked by saying NO, "its other meat order one of them". It really thru me off how rude he was. Honestly, I only like the chicken but since he was so rude I entertained it and said will it be the same cost as chicken. He rudely said NO you will pay for what you get. I told him you ran out of chicken. His name was Nick, little short guy that probably never had a management position. He didn't propose I wait for them to make more chicken. He basically told me oh well. I was trying to express to him if you run out of something its your duty to make it right. A young lady rudely jumped in our conversation stating she guess I wouldn't be eating. That really made my daughter upset so they had words.. This was totally embarrassing. When we get out to the car, she signaled for my daughter to wait for her to get off so they could fight. WOWWWWWW!. They were acting like total hoodlums, who come to Chipotle to fight...
