The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I showed up at 8 PM to pick a sub up before walking inside I looked at the hours to see what time they closed it said 9 PM when walking inside I noticed a younger child playing and the mom who worked there had just mopped the floor and then began cussing in Spanish because they wanted to close early. I ran back to my car to get a coupon when coming back inside the guy looked at me and said we are completely out of cheese. I said so you have no cheese he said nope we ran out completely of every kind. They has already pulled lots of the vegetables and stated they ran out of those as well. I turned around and walked out I will NEVER be going back to that...

530 pm/ 8-28-24/ online order This is a franchise location. The corporate standards are lacking. The messed up a very simple order. When we returned to have it fixed, they acted like they couldn't understand how this happened. They trashed the bad sandwich and I asked if they could let me keep it since I was inconvenienced. I asked to speak to a manager. I was told none was on duty that they leave at 3pm. They had no one in charge. They then proceeded to get snippy and get an attitude with us. First I came in just now and the woman is on the phone having a personal conversation the entire time she is dealing with me. Then she made my sandwich the wrong way….when I pointed that out to her, she became argumentative. The employee continued to make it anyways. I did not want to cause an issue so I kept going to pay. This woman then tells me next I need to specify on how I want my sandwich made after she previously said “this is the new way we make it and we can’t do it your way”.
