As a Customer ive NEVER been treated so well! When a employee sticks in your head hours after you've left theres a reason! I walked in at 10 am this morning and was greeted with a warm greeting. And as the transaction continued she figured out what kind of person I was in less then 3 minutes! Started speaking to me comfortably and started narrowing down what i needed as a newb to the vape world. Been smoking cigarettes for over 30 years heavily. And at this point in my life its imperative that I put them down. Again Jennifer never made me feel uncomfortable or bothered by all my stupid questions. 🤣 she answered all of them with the knowledge a employee should have of the products they are selling! I feel like Jennifer is with my wife and I in this journey and unknowingly our vape coach! Haha great Customer service! Great knowledge! Great patience! Great smile the whole time! Real customer service is a lost art. Its more then just selling a product, it's Helping the clue less grasp a idea of what they are getting into and understanding how to do so. Just wanted to let y'all know it made my day better Bottom line!...

Best in Lewisville hands down !! I’ve been to other shops around since moving here to Texas and this is by far the best one ! They got some really cool/honest workers (LOVE when Shay is working, but everyone there is also amazing) and they help you find everything you need, which I really appreciate whether you know what you need or not. I really like that they have a whole table of business cards from multiple different businesses, (I’ve picked up a few lash artist cards from there) and they also have foreign snacks/ drinks for you to buy and try. I never have an issue shopping here, and even with the products I buy they make sure everything is good before I walk out of the door. I recommend this place...

Sometimes when you buy something it just doesn't work out the way you were expecting and you always expect an issue trying to get a refund or exchange. NOT the case with S & V DZ. They were so awesome. Rico went above & beyond to help eventhough I was only getting a refund. I buy a lot of items and this will be my store from now on. Juices, disposables, mod kits, they have a great variety, I just have an odd situation for this one instance. But I will be back & will send everyone there. Rare these days to get Employee & owner that care about customer service. Thank you again to Rico...
