Arby's — Restaurant in Lexington

My friend, her grand daughter, my German Shedder and I had just arrived in Lexington from a torturous road trip from San Diego. All we could think about at that approximate time was some comfort food and a month extension to our vacation. We arrived at Arby's and my mouth watered as I read the menu board. The gentleman who took our order was incredibly nice waiting a good five minutes before my party and I could decide what we wanted. Like I stated previous, the road trip from California was beyond daunting. We were completely exhausted, our brains were fried and we were starved. Once we received our food, we pulled up behind the building and sat at a stand alone table to eat our delicious vittles. Prior to finishing, two Arby's employees saw us out there and came by to check on us. I felt the gesture from the two employees was extremely hospitable and welcoming. Thank you very much for the delicious food and excellent customer service. I only wish I had ordered more food for I am hungry again as I write...

This was probably the worst fast food experience I've had in a long time. When we arrived, the employees behind the counter and in the kitchen were telling very loudly and even when they started to take our order one of them was yelling to what I assume were her parents seated inside of the restaurant a few seats back. The cooks however continued to yell at each other while the cashier attempted to take our order, but since she couldn't be heard well, the supervisor stepped over and attempted instead. The yelling continued and they ended up messing up our order by adding food they misunderstood we wanted. I asked to have it removed and they argued with me briefly over...

I love Arby's. I ordered a Ruben, (my favorite sandwich) my friend ordered a Roast Beef (his favorite sandwich) I forgot to check out the restroom, my bad ;) It was quiet at the time of day when we went, the young lady behind the register was smiling and polite and even suggested Bronco Berry Sauce for my onion rings which was delicious, the right blend of sweet and tangy on big fat crisp onion rings.
