Brew Ridge Taps — Restaurant in Lexington

Brew Ridge Taps is hands down the best little place in town to grab a cold beer. The décor and atmosphere are both welcoming and comfortable. The staff even more so! Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly, which must be a requirement upon employment..... Offering a huge variety of hand selected brews from breweries all over the US, you'll never tire of the selection you will find at BRT both in bottles or cans, and on tap! The owner might just be my favorite, but regardless is the best thing happening here. Autumn was born to run a business such as this and has perfected every aspect of her position at BRT. Offering game nights, karaoke night, and live music amongst many more fun beer drinking and doing sort of activities, keeping her customers happy and engaged so we all keep coming back like sheep to our favorite field! BRT is handicap accessible, and suitable for all of legal drinking age. I haven't even mentioned yet how amazing the food menu is- with one of a kind wafflewich sandwiches- quesadillas, wraps and more. I have never tasted anything at BRT that I didn't like. So when you ask what do I recommend? I recommend it all- paired with whichever hard cider they have on tap. The crew at BRT loves the locals and the regulars plenty but they treat all with exceptional service! May 20, 2025 - Looking for Lunch with a Gigantic Beer Selection . . . Wow , 199 beers on the Wall !

Plus try their Wafflewich ! Sandwich interiors made with waffles . . . Unique creation! My wife and I popped in for a quick lunch in downtown Lexington.

The best part is trying to select a beer . . . I decided to go with their version of a flight, but they call it “ A Hike”! You get 4 beers in 4.75 oz glasses: ( my beers)

My wife loved her Lexington creamy lemon & blue cheese salad w/ waffle croutons) ! I liked the Nelson St. Nachos w/beer cheese and sprinkled with minced peppers on top!

The crowd was lite, and the service fast. . . Thank you Autumn for a nice lunch and fantastic beers!

Love BRT! One of the most unique atmospheres in Lexington offering live music on the weekends and trivia, game, and karaoke nights on weekdays. Usually always something going on. They’re not afraid to try new things. Pretty good food, the Vesuvius is my go-to (wrap or waffle). I’m picky with beer, but they change it up enough that I can always find something I like, or they’ll always have my tried and true on tap. Love that they offer tastings so you can venture out a bit. They have an outdoor area in the back if you want to sip and enjoy nice weather/convo with friends. Bar is kid friendly’ish (mostly during the day all week) and pet friendly. Last, but definitely not least they have the hardest working staff in the industry. The owner, Autumn, is awesome and takes her time to talk to regulars and get to know new customers. BRT is definitely a no frills joint, but you always feel like you belong. Everyone from all walks of life are welcome. All that to say, this is one of my all-time favorite...
