We went to this location on the way home, when they took my order, I was rushed and said that they got the order, even though it was wrong on the screen. When I got the order. My burger was wrong, so I went back to the drive through window, they took the burger back and when they gave it back to me, it was still made wrong, so I told the manager how it was supposed to be made and she said, you didn't say that, and i told her yes I ordered it that way you told me that I didn't, and walked away cursing me in a low voice, but I still heard her. So I took the burger to the window and demanded a refund because they would not correct the mistake, she told me that I would have to bring the whole order back for a refund. I asked why, when I only wanted the double whopper refunded. So by this time my family had eaten half their order, but I brought it back anyway. She told me that there was no food in the bags, i told her they ate theirs while I was trying to get mine redone. So I would not leave the drive through window until she refunded the double whopper, in which she finally did. I will never go to this location again. Read moreThis employee must have been having a bad day because she was awful. AWFUL! Yelled at me through the Drive-thru from the very beginning. I had to repeat my order 3 times (2 items). I still said please & thank you-no response back. Pulled to the window to pay, was never given a total, was told to pull up, thought I'd get my receipt there, but no. Pulled over to see what my card was charged, which at least that added up 8 piece jalapeño cheddar bites and dbl cheese burger mustard and pickle. So I left. Check your bags, because even though rude pants repeated my order she still gave me a single burger with ketchup and pickle. No receipt so...but you know, what she didn't know or need to know, is I had a bad day too. I just worked 14 hours-plus things that are no strangers business and still I was kind, still I was respectful. So Burger King, do better. Your employees don't need to know what we're going through to be kind to us and need to leave their personal at home. I just didn't want to cook tonight. No worries when that feeling washes over me again I'll be sure to drive across the street to McDonald's or Taco Bell, or anywhere but here. Read moreRestaurant was filthy …. Floors and tables dirty. We (2 travelers) were the only customers there (a Mon. eve around 7:30pm-ish). When we arrived 3 staff were talking about personal stuff and asked us to turnaround and order from the kiosk behind us (?). We did. After our order was placed the cook had to go back to freezer and open bags to make our food. Altogether we waited 20mins for our food (to go). Worse was that the food was not good. My onion rings were overcooked (tasted burnt). My spicy chicken sandwich was not spicy (wondered if they fried a reg chicken steak). Hubby’s burger was just okay. Overall, this location (4301 Sunset …. Lexington SC) was a fail on all points including customer service.
We’ll NEVER stop here again. We passed several eateries and decided to eat here (mistake). This made us as franchise owners of a large chicken fast food chain more cognizant of the quality our service, food and cleanliness of our dine-in/drive-thru restaurant.
