Update December 2024: Still a really poor Chick-Fil-A. Made a mobile order and got home missing all orders of fries. I even used my rewards points for one order which I have now lost. Again, had to call the restaurant for a refund since you can't get a refund through the app even for a digital order. Left a detailed message with order number, name, phone number, and issue. Nothing. No response. No call back. No making it right. This is a poorly run Chic-fil-A and this is just the latest problem missing order items. If it was not the one closest to my house I would never go and try to avoid it.

Really disappointed in this Chic-fil-A. I do a mobile order through the app every Tuesday on my way home from a league I play in. The order is almost always missing something. Usually I just let it go as it is not worth my time to call the restaurant (which is another problem - you should be able to address issues via the app if you order that way).
The last few times the order was missing the same item so I finally decided to call. No one actually answers at the restaurant so I left a message. I got no response so left another message. Finally got an email for some free food. That's good, but I visit again tonight and the drive through is slow and backed up into the street. Finally get to the window and the guy there was clearly distracted talking with his co-workers (probably a contributing factor to the slow drive through although the restaurant appears fully staffed).
When I get home half my order is missing. Call again, but no one answers. I've left a message again, but I just want a refund at this point and will be going elsewhere for my business. I can understand a mistake every now and then, but this location is consistent in making them. Too much trouble for what should be a routine order/service. I don't expect five stars from a fast food restaurant, but problems should be the exception and not the rule.
Giving two stars for the food because the items I do get are typically good quality and consistent. Plus the new pimento cheese chicken sandwich is awesome. I really love Chic-fil-A, just not pleased with this...
Read moreThey'll let you buy a single chicken nugget here. For context, I am actually autistic and drive thrus stress me out. I roll up to the lady that takes my order and manage to fumble out that I'd like some sandwiches and an order of nuggets. She asks me what count of nuggets. I have not memorized the Normal Amounts of Nuggets, so I ask her what sizes they come in. She must not of heard me right and asks, "One count?" I assume this means a small, or a portion for one person. I am desperate to get through this simple interaction with my dignity intact and say sure. The lady repeats my order back to me, finishing with a "one count chicken nugget," as if that is a normal thing to order. I pay and move on. Another lady re-confirms my order - some sandwiches and a one count chicken nugget. Again, as if that is a normal thing to order. I say sure. I get to the window. They give me the food. I am proud of my ability to navigate basic social situations without crying and excitedly return to my family with the food. I find what you can see in the attached photo in the bag. Note that they took the time to specify "Nugget," not the default "Nuggets" of a normal order.

Read moreWhat is going on that it takes 30 minutes to make it through the drive through in the morning and I’m STILL asked to go park around front we’ll bring it right out for another 10 minutes. 40 minutes for some biscuits and it’s not like I could just leave once youre in the line you’re in the line. This was supposed to be a “oh I’ll go get breakfast for me and a few guys at work as a nice gesture” to now a oh I’m half an hour late bc they didn’t staff this morning apparently. I blame none of this on the people working and all of it on the management for not having more people working. Idk what’s going on at this store but it’s been downhill for a while. There’s 4 other people parked out front waiting. What is going on in there that none of us got food after waiting that long to even get to the window.
