This hotel was nice, but I had a few too many problems for it to be $109 on a Monday night. The rooms, along with the rest of the hotel, was very clean. The day staff is polite, which can't be said for the night staff however. They provide plenty of towels, and the water pressure was incredible. There's even a light switch next to the bed that works the light by the door, and 2 wall outlets and 2 USB charging outlets on the nightstand, which was an unexpected convenience. The mini refrigerator did not work. It sounded like it was running when I checked in at 3:00 pm, but when I woke up at midnight to check out, all of my food had spoiled. It seems like it maybe went into defrost mode, or simple quit working entirely. I believe $109 for a week night in 2016 should include a TV with a program guide. The only way to access the program guide on their TVs is to download an app on your smart phone and pay $0.99, and the app had so many poor reviews about people not being able to used that service after paying for it that I just decided to return to the age old technique of flipping through channels until I finally gave up and resorted to Netflix on my phone. The level of luxury and detail is demonstrated on the bathroom light fixture, which had mismatched light colors to go along with the non-working exhaust fan. TL;DR : a nice hotel, but maintenance is lacking, and doesn't hold up to hotels in similar areas in the same price range.

Third time repeat customer to this hotel and don’t know if I’ll be a 4th. Don’t know if I got a crummy room for booking with points or not. Generally I pay a premium over nearby hotels to stay here. Got a room with a crack in the clock, a visibly dirty AC, and a bathroom that needed a makeover instead of the hastily sprayed paint over part of the ceiling and I don’t even know what the attempt on the drain was about. This would have been unsafe if my family was with me. The linens appeared clean and the breakfast was fine, but the room I was in no longer meets my expectation of what a Wingate by Wyndham should be.

Great location! Next door are several affordable dining choices and coffee shop. The hotel is NEW and the rooms are clean and well kept! Excellent water pressure in the shower! Enjoy clean smells throughout the hotel lobby and hallways! A professional and friendly staff will greet you! While the location is great in most every aspect - it is in close proximity to a busy roadway - that is noisy at times. Not unbearable but noteworthy! Enjoy your stay I definitely recommend this NEW clean location! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have been staying at this hotel once or twice a month for the last several months. When I first stayed there several months ago I was generally pleased as it was nice/newish and clean. I even included some pictures from early visits to the hotel..decent amenities and rooms/space.

Over the course of the last few months cleanliness has gradually deteriorated. This most recent visit was my last. The shower curtain (with snaps for easily removal of bottom portion for cleaning) was covered in black and orange mold. It takes weeks or longer to accumulate that much mold. There was also spots of black mold accumulating in the grout of the tub/shower. I rubbed the black mold spots with the cap of the shampoo and they were easily moved. There was orange gunk accumulating on the showerhead where the spray jets release water. The shower fixtures where covered in film/water spots. It seemed pretty clear that nobody was washing the shower down with much effort or scrutiny. The hide-a-bed couch had alot of stains of unknown origin...too many for me to dare set anything on it or actually sit on/use it.

The hallway carpet on my floor was filthy. There was visible pieces of debris and dirt all over the carpets..the edges up next to the walls had even more accumulation. It was so dirty I possibly thought the floor was under construction/repair of the floor/wall mouldings when I first stepped off the elevator but that was not the case. Three days later when I checked out the carpets remained unvacuumed and dirty. The ground floor hallway that I used to exit out to parking was the not quite as dirty as my hall but also had not been recently vacuumed. Not as big of a deal but indicative of overall cleaning effort, even the top of the glass table in the hallway outside the elevator doors was dirty. It was covered with dirty cup moisture rings and dust...glass had not been cleaned in who knows how long and was easily visible to anyone looking at it.

I was at dinner with other colleagues from work who also were staying there at the same hotel. They had similar complaints of poor cleanliness in their rooms and of the premises in general. While I was there our Company located another hotel for all our future visits/stays.

It is unfortunate because I originally liked the hotel/amenities/and location but the lack of cleanliness has gotten...

I have never really booked a hotel in my lifetime, so when it comes to looking for a good one, I turn to friends and family. I received two good recommendations for this hotel. Since I was coming into town to shoot an evening wedding, I called to ask if I could check in early. They young lady at the front was very helpful and I was allowed to check in at 1:00, which was awesome. But when I got to my room, it was so loud. It sounded as if there was a diesel engine on the roof, and since I was on the top floor, I could hear it pretty well. When I left to go to work, I mentioned it to the same young lady, who assured me that there was some HVAC maintenance going on and that by the time I returned they would be finished.

When I got back to my room around 10:00 pm, the engine was still going. Luckily for me I was so exhausted I passed out and didn't hear it again until I woke up the next day.

What really got me was the breakfast. I went down early with every intention of enjoying some breakfast before hitting then gym and then returning home, but was quickly detoured by the mold that was inside my bagel. Needless to say, I decided to end my stay at that moment, went back to the room, got my bags, and checked out. I informed the main desk of my discovery, and quickly left.

At first look, this was a very nice hotel and the bed was super comfy, but I will not...
