Taco Bell — Restaurant in Lexington

Today’s service was horrible! From the time that I pulled up at the drive-thru to place my order, I could tell I was already an inconvenience to the lady that was taking my order. I politely asked for a black bean Crunch wrap made 'fresco' style (no sour cream and no cheese). I asked the lady to be sure that it would NOT cheese and no sour cream. No answer.... I asked again, ma'am can you please verify that you have no cream and no sour cream right? She said 'mmm mmm'. No yes or no.... Just 'mmm mmm'. So I pull up to the window and when I get the receipt I see it says no cheese but it does not indicate no sour cream. So I asked her if there were sour cream on it which at that point she slammed the window in my face and yells to the back. ... welp guess what? It does have sour cream on it. So I tell her that I wanted it without cheese and sour cream. So they make another one which had obviously been made already and they just tried to scrape the cheese off of it because it still had little remnants of cheese in it. At this point I go inside and asked that they please remake it. The lady in the back screams out loud I already made this! Seriously! I just want to have a crunch wrap with no cheese and sour cream - how hard is that? I will NEVER go to this location again! Terrible terrible...

This is rudest and most disgusting 🤢 fast food restaurant I have ever been to. I went there last night, ordered 5 taco and a drink and they charged me for 11. Yes, 11 tacos and food was so cold and nasty. I thought the bill was high, and pulled in the parking lot to review it. Went inside to get my money back, to find out it’s a scam they run on people!!! Manager said she had to call her manager to issue refunds, who did not answer after repeat attempts. After standing around for 20 minutes, I left with the food and receipt. I didn’t eat the food. Called the store in morning on 03/21/22 and the manager this time said she had to call her manager, once again couldn’t reach her. I asked for her name for reference and she hung up on me. Rude AF. Be careful SCAMMERS!!!!! Food is nasty and so are the workers!!

Update: Manager Gloria reached out to me about 3 days later after calling another Taco Bell in W. Cola and an employee told her to reach out to me. This lady says you can go back to original Taco Bell and get a free meal on me. I told her no thanks I want my money back that was stolen. I kid you not the this lady said, it’s too late for a refund!!! Be careful out...

Used to be my go-to for quick tacos and burritos. Then they took away the $1 beef burritos and added a $2 beefy melt burrito in its place. Unfortunately the new burrito is terrible. They added sour cream and Fritos? to the burrito making it borderline inedible. I questioned how they can double the price and offer a worse burrito and their answer was “you can request those items not be on your burrito”. So I said sure I’ll request the new items out and then it’ll be fine. Wrong. The burrito, even without these new additions, is bad. Poorly constructed and whatever they did to the beef it’s not even close to the same meal. I used to be a patron a few times a week because of my busy work schedule (sometimes lunch and mostly take home for a quick dinner for my wife and kids when I work late) but my wife and I won’t get them anymore and I’ve stopped going all together because I can’t support a business feeling good about offering a substantially worse product for double the price. The first time I questioned the move I heard the manager scream from the kitchen “it has more stuff on it!!!!!”. Nope. Not my kind of...
