Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Lexington

This is the NEWEST CFA in my area! You know, thus company never ceases to amaze me!!! Always improving whether for the customers or employees. I pay attention to the work flow, their work space, how they are protected from weather, etc. My daughter & I flew (literally) thru the MOBILE order drive thru lane recently. I was confused at first because 1-it was different, 2-it was so freakin' fast! The VERY pleasant 20-something year old lady brought us our order. I was so flustered I rolled down my passenger side window and my baby girl 🐕🐾 stuck her head out like it was for her! The young lady cracked up! Then, I went to check the order in the bag and my daughter grabbed it out if my hands," Aw nah! Don't you insult her like that! Oh no! No insults here-you KNOW our order is RIGHT! I hope she didn't see you!" 🤣 Per CFA usual, right down to the napkin count was correct when we pulled our food out to eat! I've said this for years---all restaurants need to learn CFA customer service skills, efficiency, production, logistics, management. When I retire I think I'll work there! That said, I have noticed other fast food chains are stepping up their game! Thanks...

Chick-fil-A prides itself on great food and great service, and this location is no exception. The drive-thru lines are always long as the food is delicious and the staff are the kindest!

We have both dined-in and had takeout from here. The staff are very hard at work and always say “my pleasure.” Their manners and kindness are off the charts. They strive to keep the restaurant clean and tidy. The staff that work outside taking drive-thru orders make it a more personable experience and it’s one of my favourite things about Chick-fil-A besides the food!

Their chicken tenders are one of my favourite items and I love to get a pack of 3 with a lemonade and Chick-fil-A sauce (the best). Getting a 20 piece box of their Chick-N-Minis to share also hits the spot. My favourite item at Chick-fil-A is their waffle fries with cheese sauce. They are their signature side dish and the combo of the two is SCRUMPTIOUS!

For dessert, when it’s available, their Peach Milkshake is absolutely delicious; very fruity and creamy. I definitely recommend this Chick-fil-A location for great food and prompt,...

I will NEVER come back! The absolute heartless nerve of these ppl. I brought my niece in the afternoon, maybe 4 other tables were taken....so empty. We go to the restroom and an associate swings the door open and the decorative handle sticks out (I don't know ow how it passed building code). My niece gets her forehead pumbled. Not only did the associate not care a black and blue bruise and swelling are immediate on her forehead and she's balling with tears. I go to the front desk to tell and ask for Ice. They bring me an ice bag bigger than her face ... like more is better and the manager....yes manager....said I think this will help sorry bye. They didn't offer her a treat or juice while a 5 year old was in pain and tears. I'm a Muslim and wear a head scarf so I'm used to interacting with racist people who prejudge me and treat me cold....but this was a child. I've never seen such heartless adults. And if we were blonde blue eyed guests I think we would have a different experince. Pitiful, God fearing company that profiles ppl who don't worship like them ....and punish...
