Melissa knocked it out of the park with our home dinner party of 12 guests. We decided on a French themed dinner paired with French wines. She prepped much of the food beforehand thus saving time and cleaning of utensils. An authentic multi course French dinner was flawlessly executed from course to course as she expertly served and cleared each successive item from the table. Wine too was brought to table when needed. Although our kitchen is next to the dining room no loud noises were heard throughout. I had the Turkey Gouda Jamwich. Excellent! Sliced turkey, gouda, chipotle chili crisp, mayo , raspberry jam and arugula. Great balanced combination of heat and sweet. Floating Lotus Kitchen has been cooking for my family, friends and I for years. She has made so many specialty dishes, both for special occasions and also just for everyday. No matter if our order is small or large, she does it, beautifully. Anything we ask of her, she will make.
