AVOID!! There are many better choices out there. Friendly staff, but grossly incompetent. Don't order the Brooklyn-style crust, they will mess it up - guaranteed, each time. Then you will find yourself waiting for them to remake it each time while your other pies sit there getting cold. Extra sauce? Apparently that is a challenge for them as well. Wafer thin sauce. It got so bad that I requested a little container of sauce, and was willing to pay for it. The staff was nice enough to provide me the courtesy to make up for the consistent problem...for a while, at least. Then one evening I was abruptly told that the owner put a stop to it. Mind you, I wasn't asking for preferential treatment here. I was trying to be a problem solver on a problem that wasn't clearly in the owner's interest to resolve.
Attempted to contact the manager/franchise owner on several occasions to discuss the consistent problems and figure out a way to resolve these issues, but with no success. I even contacted Dominos Corporation to have them reach out to her/him. Both attempts fell on deaf ears.
There are myriad choices in Lexington for great pizza and with better service. In fact there is another pizza place 3 stores down - I think I'll try that one! There are at least six other options in the town as well, and more than likely to treat this regular weekly customer better.
Very shameful that that the Domino's corporation, in recent years, has made great strides to provide a better ordering experience, only to have apathetic owners such as this one run such efforts into the ground. If there is any justice in all this, this location will go out of business.
AVOID! Don't say that I didn't...
Read moreI love this place. Chicken pasta, pizza, baked chicken, and stuffed bread are really good, and I like the cookies.
But I am disappointed about this store.
A few days ago, I ordered some items online, paid in advance, and went to the store to pick them up. While I was waiting for the package to arrive, one of the employees there printed a receipt and asked me to sign it. So I told them that I had already paid, and he said tip, tip, and forced me to give a tip. So I said no. I didn't want to tip even though I was forced to. For previous orders, I used to tip in cash. But that day, the staff's attitude was so bad that I didn't feel like giving a tip. After hearing the answer “no,” the employee went to the oven behind the counter and laughed unpleasantly while looking at me and saying a few words in a language other than English, along with several other employees. very baddest...
Read moreUsed to be a manager at Domino’s so I know all the rules when it comes to this place and this store not very welcoming when it comes to creating customers. No one greated me at the door. Your female manager isn’t wearing an apron on the oven (safety and sanitation violations) did not wash her hands after handling her phone a going onto oven. Your other insiders on the line has his hat backwards. Also going on her phone right out front by the register. Kinda gross at least wash your hands if you not gonna speak to me😐 as far as food. Didn’t butter sandwich or cut it. Used cold dough for my pizza so it’s very bubbly, OA and corporate would be very disappointed. . Only good thing I have to say is they didn’t under top my food and used a clean cutter for my boyfriends food (he has a bad...
