Giovanni's Pizza — Restaurant in Lexington

I stopped on my home from the dr and went to the drive through because I am really sick and didn’t feel like getting out. I’ve never been to this restaurant location, but door dashed from them many times. I assumed when it said drive thru it was an option? Evidently not. The guy looked at me through the window as if saying “What do you want?” He finally came to the window and I asked if I could order here. He said no but he would go on and take my order. (As if doing me a favor? What’s the difference taking an order from the counter vs drive thru? There was no one inside?) He said it would be 10 min. That was fine. I got a pizza bread and it was the absolute worst I’ve ever seen or tasted. It was half heartedly made clearly. Hardly any sauce, not the extra cheese I ordered and practically falling apart. Being from the original birthplace of Giovanni’s it is very disheartening to see this place go so far downhill with quality AND customer service. We will stick with other local pizza places...

I just placed an order for delivery for me & my children. The young boy who took my order has some of the best customer service I’ve ever seen. He was patient & walked me through the menu. He & his brother delivered our order to our door, and both greeted us. They were so kind & the food got here fast. I’ve very impressed with the food but even more impressed by the costumer service from these young men! I am SO happy that we have a restaurant like this in our area & one that actually cares about the service they provide to their customers! Thank you all...

This was a first time delivery order. Probably the last time. The pizza was got was good. I did ask for pan crust on my pizza (paid extra for it) and it was still thin crust. That was frustrating as Im not a fan of thin crust pizza.

The biggest issue was the wings. We ordered spicy, well done buffalo. What we got was soggy chicken with a no spice buffalo sauce. Also their house garlic sauce was not good. I dont know if we will eat here again.
