Update 12.2.2024: Gave it another try and joked to my coworker before ordering saying "I will probably regret this". I was correct. I was tracking online and then the system just said "repeat order" which I assume is what happens when it was "delivered". I called the store. They guy I spoke to apologized and said "the driver left 20 minutes ago so he should be there soon". My location is literally 1.5 miles from the store. I cannot stress enough to STAY AWAY from this location. It would be different if this was a one time occurrence but I have an issue EVERY time I order from here. I gave a tip in advance which I regret. When I received the order whomever packaged it had stapled through the chips. I usually keep the chips for a later time but will need to eat them more quickly since they will spoil more quickly.
Update 5.26.2024: Maybe I am just optimistic they will get things together, so I tried them again. I waited 40 minutes which is not as long as I have waited in the past. Keep in mind they are only 1.5 miles away from me. By the time my meal arrived all of the ice in the drink had melted. Also, the chips had a tear so I couldn’t eat them.
Update on 12.14.2023: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! Each time I have ordered from JJ I wait a long time between orders in hopes that things improved. For the fifth time in a row (literally) they messed up the order. Two minutes after I placed the order they marked it as "out for delivery" I assume because corporate tracks that. I placed the order at 11:50 am and the quoted time for delivery was 12:20 pm. I checked that status and it showed as delivered so at 12:40 pm I called the store and they said they didn't know where the order was and couldn't contact the driver. They asked if I wanted it resent out or credited. I said that it was on the way then I just wanted the credit. Then he said he didn't think it was on the way so I said I wanted it resent out and the credit. He said, "You can't get both". I said, "So I have to wait an hour and a half for my food and I can't get a credit?" He told me to call back later to speak to the manager so I guess they didn't have a manager there. Maybe that is why it is such poorly run.
Previous Review: I ordered from this location a few days ago and never received my entire order and it was definitely not a "freaky fast" delivery. I ordered a combo with a drink. The driver dropped off my sandwich and apologized for the delay. I sat down at my desk and realized he didn't leave my drink. I was at work so I ran down stairs and outside to see if I could catch him. I saw him and was able to get his attention. I said "I didn't get my drink". He said "I was going to bring it back. I dropped them. I was going to bring it back". Not sure why he didn't tell me that when he dropped off my food. If he would have, I would have been more understanding. My coworker actually ordered JJ a little bit later (from the same location) so I figured they would bring my drink with her order. They just dropped off her food and not my drink. I never received the drink.
Also, the time before this I ordered JJ and it took over an hour to get the sandwich and they actually brought the wrong sandwich. I will not be ordering from them again.

Read moreI went to place a direct online order through the Euclid address. Went through all the steps, and they charged my card even though it said online it was declined. So I called store and can’t remember the lady’s name I spoke to (but the manager laurel refused to give me the persons name.) but I told her what was going on, and she said to give it ten minutes and call them back, and if nothing showed up in the system they’d take care of it, fast forward to 12:41 am, I recorded the call with said manager laurel. But told her everything. And the situation and ask her if maybe the order went through or not. More or less I just wanted the food I didn’t care or worry about the money at this point in time, but she got verbally aggressive with me and told me she didn’t know why I was told that and if it wasn’t showing up in theyre system and i needed to call back in the morning and speak with theyre gm about it. I said okay that’s fine but she didn’t need to get an attitude to with me all I did was tell her the truth about the situation and that I was fully charged for the order and she got aggressive again I said okay that’s fine well since this is going to be handled in this situation I wanted the original persons name including hers so I can speak with theyre gm about it and she refused to give me the other persons name multiple of times. I work at UK hospital, My order stated it was being delivered so i went out to wait on it, after 15 minutes the tracker said it was delivered, i called and was hung up on, called back put on hold for 7 minutes till i hung up and called back, finally got someone that said the apps are frequently wrong, i asked the status and they just said they were very busy and i would have to just wait on the driver to call me. 15 minuted later it was delivered. Now is the real reason im commenting, went to put a little extra mayo on the sandwich and my wifes BLT had Phlegm on 1/4 of the sandwich. BTW, we are both nurses eating in the nurses station and all the other nurses in there agreed as well that it was snot.
