Worst experience ever!!! Never will I eat or spend money at KFC. We had to wait 30 to 40 minutes for chicken to be cooked. They were cleaning fryers as well as cooking our food.We finally got our food so we started eating on the way home when I notice the chickens breading was whitish and grayish soggy wet. I called and talked to Don the manger and explained to him about my chicken and how they forgot my 6 biscuits , I told him I have my reciept and I can come there tomorrow he said very rudely to bring the chicken back with me like I was lying ?? I go the next day with the chicken and my receipt he only gives me money back for the chicken and biscuits. I didnât complain about not getting whole refund. I was scarred for other customers to get sick so I called the complaint number to make sure that this store is serving customers the right way and we are not eating chemicals since they were cleaning the fryers next to the other fryers that had chicken cooking. Don calls my phone being very rude because we had called in about our food and we worry for other customers. He asked how he was rude and kept arguing. Very poor management over here. Do not eat here even if it is fresh , I wouldnât trust the food.    Read moreFor the past few weeks every time we show up at 9pm at the Tates Creek KFC they say they are pretty much "out" of everything except wings & 2 thighs, no sides except mashed potatoes. When I asked if they had corn she said no that the truck ran tomorrow. I know the truck doesn't run on a Sunday morning & this has been happening the last 3 weeks everytime we come at 9pm. They obviously aren't running out of everything at this time its just they are not wanting to deal with anyone. If you close at 10pm them you should be fixing food until 10pm. Ive worked in food service before and I know trucks don't show up several times a week & especially on a Sunday morning. When they employees are pretty much closing down an hour early then maybe you all should close at 9pm instead if 10 but then im sure the food wld supposedly be gone at 8pm then. Ive noticed in the reviews im not the only one having this issue. Ive been in line before & seen probably 5-7 cars leaving without ordering anything because of employees not wanting to serve them because they are saying they are pretty much out of everything them so you are losing alot of money over this. They make sure they tell you on the speaker what all they have left which is not hardly anything. Its ridiculous.    Read moreAs a GM of another Yum! Brands restaurant I felt a personal need to leave this review in hopes the GM and possibly AD will see it. You guys have got to work on your crew's customer service. I got off work, literally still in uniform and after placing my order and going to the window the woman running drive-thru gave me just the meanest look I think I've ever seen in my life. Like even an old high school flame I cheated on back in the day did not hate me as much as she did. I'd think she poisoned the food if I didn't know any better. Totally lost my appetite after that display. On the receipt the cashier is listed as "Mary" but I'm not sure if this was that woman in particular since there was another woman in the window glued to the computer screen. You likely know who the employee is that I'm talking about, as from other reviews this clearly isn't the first time people have had issues with her. You have seriously got to have a full on conversation with your team and, while I know its difficult with our company, get rid of this employee.
