McDonald's — Restaurant in Lexington

This has nothing to do with the employees or food only as a person always picking up food. In the morning times we all know time is critical so when someone pulls into a McDonald’s parking lot how would we ever know if your open. Sometimes your closed sometimes your open sometimes the doors unlocked sometimes the drive thru is closed but the inside is open. Why don’t you just make it company policy that when the inside is closed you turn the lights out and invest in a simple $50 sign that says drive thru open. Or how about open drive thru closed. Or update your times in google. A Manager can spend 35 seconds updating it or automating it to be timed. I’ve walked up to McDonald’s to pick up orders and literally have sat there and watch elders park the car or a handicap person and get the wheelchair out then guess what McDonald’s looks open. Google says it’s open. All the lights in the world are on but nobody thinking or caring about certain individuals when they simply don’t communicate. Just saying not for me not for anyone else at least don’t make life harder for someone who’s handicapped take 15 minutes getting to the door only to find out your just not feeling like you want ppl inside. Versailles Rd Mcdonalds has 2b the worst one in the entire staye of ky! Ive had so much go wrong at this location, I'd be typing for 2hrs if i got n2 even ½of it. Ive called corporate TWICE n the past 6 months about a couple of the more major problems, which was a complete waste of time. I was assured a supervisor would be contacting me which never happened either time. Do yourselves a favor and hit Harrodsburg Rd cuz McD's is the only place to eat other than the taco trucks over here (which r yummy but one gets sick of em after awhile) & theyre rude, they overcharge (I paid $5.19 for 2 pumpkin creme pies last wk!) they rarely get the order right, theyre always out of at least one thing youll try to order, theyre cheap (I asked for extra napkins & was told if i wanted more than 3 extra, theyd have to charge me for them because "paper products have gotten pretty expensive" 😳& if u go at pm, its dangerous because apparently their light bill has gotten too high, which is why its pitch black- ESP at the drive thru, after 8pm & they dont care about their customers or what opinion we have of...

KEPCorry, but I am SO TIRED OF ORDERING A MCDOUBLE HAMBURGER, NO KETCHUP, FRESH FRIES, LARGE DIET COKE WITH EXTRA ICE. BUT THIS IS WHAT I GET: MCDOUBLE CHEESEBURGER WITH KETCHUP, LUKE WARM FRIES, AND A LARGE COKE. I NORMALLY TAKE A DRINK OF THE SODA BEFORE I LEAVE THE PARKING LOT; I AM DIABETIC AND HAVE JUST HAD TO THROW THE DRINK AWAY AFTER I GOT HOME. WHO WANTS TO GO BACK OUT FOR A DRINK?
