Starbucks — Restaurant in Lexington

Our drive thru order was taken to the front counter. The hot chocolate was a cup of warm milk with maybe a dash of vanilla. Went inside to have it fixed and the girl who did not look up when I came in the door and had to be asked to give us attention, got someone else, and then that person got the original girl to fix the order. While we were waiting for that we decided to pick up a couple of gifts. The girl who fixed my order plops back down behind the counter and proceeded to ignore us and talked on the phone for a good 5 minutes despite our trying to get her attention. Once we got her attention her excuse was I just got off the phone and then she went to get someone else to ring us up. This is ridiculous, I don't understand why basic etiquette isn't taught to Baristas but it needs to be. I understand a mistake on an order, I don't hold that against them. That happens. But the laize fair I don't have to attend to customers attitude? That needs to stop. You are providing a service, we are not here to...

Only reason it's a one star is because it won't let me do ZERO stars.

Worst ever experience at any food service.

Wait was excessively long for amount of business....20min with only two people ahead of me.

They didn't identify person/order to the cup so they either attempted to give every order to wrong person or would just set it on the counter mumble what was in the cup and walk away.

The only people really working was the employees who apparently were going on break because two of them made drinks, took off their aprons and left the counter.

I called to complain after leaving and finding my order was WRONG anyway and was told that it was a "miscommunication" and that basically it was my fault.

Should have walked out when another customer was quietly complaining at the counter after I placed my order

My wife just gave Starbucks as gifts to her clients....I can guarantee that will not happen again nor will I ever darken the door of this...

I received a rancid sandwich today. The smell was so strong I smelt it before I even got it. Upon driving away I was appalled and it didn't register that it was my sandwich untill I held it up to my nose. I'm so sick and disgusted how or why or who would have given me a sandwich that smells that way. There is no way what so ever that no one, especially the person who handed it to me did not smell it and handed it to me anyway. The whole store reeked as soon as I got to the window… apparently because the sandwich they gave me had just been in the microwave. Myself and child are nauseous as a result, Im out a breakfast, and 5 or 6 bucks. I'm also emotionally and mentally disturbed and concerned, what a great way to start the weekend. Its was a sausage, cheddar, egg sandwich. I was embarrassed throwing it away at kroger because the smell was so noticeable but I couldn't stand anymore of it in my car. Now my car smells like it....
