Hey Y'all!!! It's your Wheelchair bound woman about town, once again, on the roll and on the go. Next up,my review of the Starbucks location, inside UK KY Clinic(740 S. Limestone, Lexingron, KY, wing C, 1st Floor). This is my favorite location, in Lexington, I'm just being honest. The reason I say that is because it brightens my day after a FULL day of appointments. Another reason I love this location is because of the vibe. It's a mixture of doctors, nurses, Medical students, regular students, Clinic staff, patients and caregivers. It's ALWAYS buzzing with activity. I love the Starbucks staff member's. They are so helpful and attentive. If you happen to NOT be Techy, they will assist you with placing your order, through the app. I love everything on the Starbucks menu; but I do have my go-to menu items(Grande Medium Roast with Equal, Spinach, Feta & Egg White Wrap with Sriracha sauce and Avocado Spread). On the day of this review, I tried the Spicy Falafel Pocket Sandwich with Sriracha Sauce and Avocado Spread. I cannot recommend this sandwich enough!!! I highly recommend the Moon Cheese AND the Archer Turkey Jerky!!! Omg, eaten together is a Umami filled level of Euphoria you didn't know you needed!! We smashed the entire bag in no time. TRUST ME, Grab 2 bags of each!!!! I always have my reusable Starbucks cup or my UK Wildcat Cup with me and LOVE that you can state that within the app. How cool is that?!?!? The one thing I hate is that they removed the tables, so unless you go to the 3rd floor, where the Deli is, there isn't anywhere you could eat your food. There are benches , located throughout KY Clinic. So, if you're in a wheelchair, we'll, unlike in the past, those tables are long gone. I'm guessing they were removed during the Covid Pandemic. I really wish they would bring at least 2 tables back, if possible.
So, whether you're a patient, family member of a Patient or just IN the area, craving a Starbucks, head on into KY Clinic and Follow the aroma. Trust me, even, from the entrance on South Limestone, you KNOW a Starbucks is in the building! By all means, tell them Tanya, the wheelchair chick with the raspy voice(blame it on Spastic Dysphoniađ resulting in Botox injections in my vocal cords just to be able to talk at all) told you about them. I would appreciate itâşď¸. Until next time, y'all take care...
Read moreThree strikes and I'm done with you. First was when an employee told me they were closed at 5:45pm and that same employee lied and said she didn't say that when another employee asked her about it. Second was two days ago when my normal venti white chocolate mocha with whip had caramel in it, and I didn't find out until I was on the bus.
Third was this morning. I decided to try a bacon, sausage and cheese wrap. I paid for it, then after they gave me my coffee they told me they were out. I didn't want anything else. I asked if I got a rain check because I'd already paid for it, and was told I would have to get back in a line that was eight deep at the time. As I had a bus to catch, and am very tired from working all night, I told them I wasn't standing in that line and left.

Read moreTerrible customer service. I went to refill my âTall pike placeâ coffee, and the rude manager told the barista, â we canât do that, it is not our Cupâ.
It is true that I purchased the coffee from a close by Starbucks, but her reaction was unprofessional. I was vey embarrassed! I spend a lot if money in starbucks; she could have avoided embarrassing me in front of the queue by asking me to purchase another, as simple as that! After all, it is only $ 2.28! And I was intending to give a $5 as a tip!! It is all about being nice and customer care!
The good thing is that they just lost 5 customers coz when I told colleagues, they decided to purchase their coffee from another store. Grow up greedy manager and be...
